BANANA MUFFIN 香蕉瑪芬蛋糕｜Apron
全蛋 whole egg 1 (55g+- per egg)
溶化奶油 melted butter 30ml
香蕉 banana 80g / 1
低筋面粉 cake flour 80g / 7Tbsp
苏打粉 baking soda 1/4tsp
泡打粉 baking powder 1/2tsp
细砂糖 caster sugar 30g / 4Tbsp
瑪芬杯 muffins cup 4
摄氏180 / 华氏356 烘烤 20-25分钟
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 20-25minutes

Great recipe!! I’ve tried making muffins and banana bread with this recipe and it turns out amazing everytime :) I even tried substituting butter with coconut oil and it was successful!! Super delicious! ❤️

I increased the amount of bananas to 95g and change the sugar to brown sugar. Super moist and fluffy muffins!

Hi Apron Woke up this morning happen to scroll thru Yr video. Immediately I go to my kitchen n start whipping out the banana that I had n follow Yr step by step recipe. It's done and I cldnt wait for it to cool down. Just had it with a cup of coffee. It tastes so yummy but I added some chop chips to it. The texture is so moist, light n fluffy. Thumbs up to you!

I made the muffin thank you! but I find it too sweet. I made double portion but already reduced sugar from 8 tablespoon to 6. Still very very sweet. Imagine your portion is 4 muffin (4 tablespoon) that mean one tablespoon for each muffin? Is there a typo in your ingredients?

Hi. Loce this recipe. I made these today. And they are tasty and moist. Jist that I substitute the cake flour with wholegrain flour and the sugar with brown sugar. But the ingredients portions and methods are great. Thank you for sharing.

Simple ingredients and easy to follow steps, thanks for sharing! However, my muffins have crispy top and the top is slanted when rise during baking. I've scrolled through all the comments and remembered someone also encountered similar results but there's no reply to possible cause(s). Would appreciate if you could advise ways to improve. Hi, usually is the temperature of the oven is not average, the batter will rise and expand towards the higher temperature

Tried the muffins just now with little changes .Used wheat flour and jaggery instead of cake flour and castor sugar.Turned out super fluffy.Thanx for the recipe.
