Banana Pound Cake
**recipe from Taste of Home
1 cup very soft butter
3 cups white sugar
**mix well for 5 minutes
6 eggs
**room temperature eggs added one at a time and mix well between each egg
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract (or just add more vanilla extract)
1 cup mashed banana (about 2-3 bananas)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
**mix well
1 cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt
3 cups flour
**alternate by adding 1/3 of each sour cream/yogurt and flour until the batter is completed
**Add batter to a well greased and floured bundt or tube pan
**Bake at 325ºF 75-90 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
**Cool cake in pan for 20 minutes then flip out onto a plate to allow the cake to completely cool before slicing
