I didn’t notice you don’t use simple syrup for your cakes, but do you have to use very little simple syrup is equal parts of sugar and water just bring it to a boil and turn off that would make the cake moist but don’t put too much and you can put whatever flavor you want

24lthorpe I did. I said cake mix 😫 1 box of vanilla or yellow & one box of strawberry for the other side. And just follow the box instructions. I will make sure I do better on that next time though thank you ❤️

How would you not know where? The cake is half and half.....that would logically be in the middle. Next time, make life easier and bake your cake in two separate pans, clean your inner edge, crumb coat, and put together. That way each side is the same and there will be a true center. Buy yourself a really good bakers bible. If this is your business, it will make your life easier. Good job and looks delish!
Hmmm you possibly could mix them together but I’m not sure if it’ll mess up the texture of the icing because the banana mixture is always a bit more loose

Tammy Bolling hey 😊it depends on the exact flavors sometimes I use box & sometimes I have a specific recipe. This specific cake I used one box of Betty Crocker French vanilla for the banana pudding side and one box of Betty Crocker strawberry cake mix 😊

Okkay at this point if she dont add no God Damn sour cream, and oatmeal to that strawberry cake or sour cream, oatmeal, and Cooling Whipp to the damn banana pudding......... smh not she put whole liquid heavy cream... through the whole cake away..
How the fuck does that even make sense..🤣..seems like someone's never been though "the process" of making a cake themselves before . But to give you the benefit of the doubt that you have made a cake..you could maybe do your your" own process" to make it right for you....instead of hating on someone's video 💘 This cake looks super bomb can't wait to make it for the Fam.
