The manga translates this as "family jewels" which works really well to convey the same meaning while being recognizable as slang for testicles, so I hope they use that terminology in the anime as well.

@@takeshibrb7495 In the colored version, which is often regarded as having a better translation, he calls them "balls of gold," and there's even a translation note pointing out the literal meaning of "kintama." So rather than localizing it, they went with the literal meaning and had a note to explain it. Funnily enough, the official translation uses "family jewels," which I definitely think is a better localization choice since it carries the same meaning without needing to explain the cultural context. This takes place in chapter 515.
