I like the peanut butter marzipan thing I forgot what it's called but I know it has marzipan in the name and it's also de la rosa and it crumbles up but anyways that is my favorite Mexican candy oh and that pineapple lollipop with the chili on the outside of it

I remember getting some candy from my grandma after she went to Mexico and it had the sweet and spicy combination which is typical of most Mexican candies and my reaction was so neutral compared to my sisters' it was so funny. I have a partial immunity to spicy things because when I was younger my mom would apply this spicy liquid to my thumb and I would refuse to have it there so I would suck the spice off my thumb. I think the spicy part was composed a certain kind of pepper but I don't remember which one.

lol I love how Jamie is such a sweetheart. He tried not to be offensive when reacting to the melon candy by saying it wasn't that bad. But, if it wasn't that bad he wouldn't have said they're "brave" and made this face at 8:04. lol XD His reaction is so funny.

I think most of us in the comments agree that those one candies are not Mexican. I'm surprised that there are so many Mexican candies I know that weren't included in that box. I'm even eating a Mexican snack right now. I would have sent some obleas con cajeta if I would have prepared that box. And I wish a buñuelo would survive the trip but it would arrive in tiny crumbs. If you're ever in L.A., you can get Mexican snacks at so many places.

The Mango chile suckers taste much better. The flavors New Mexico has is Watermelon, Mango, and Corn. Banana is not common.

Nimm2 is pretty popular in Europe too. There is whole series of products in this brands - gummies, chewie candies, lollipops and so on. They are marketed as healthy candies with lots of vitamins. I'm particulary fond of gummies. And the last one are from Poland! They are type of fruity hard candy.
