This would explain why before my first (and only) kundalini awakening, I had ingested oregano oil. I had always wondered if there was a link, turns out there’s tryptophan in oregano oil. Amazing!

I tried the tea last night- it's powerful stuff!! Can't believe I never knew about it or tried it before. I dreamt about about a foreboding black tornado with 3 funnels. The dream was powerful but not too scary. I even saw saw a small flash as I lay in bed with my eyes closed, which told me the DMT in my body had already increased. I plan on drinking this every night now. 👍🍌🍌

I started using 🍌🍌🍌 tea with cinnamon nearly 2 years ago tho its been intermitted & more in the fall & winter! Also for those who wish to do other things with the "meat aka soft part" of the 🍌banana the tea can be made with just the peel! I personally have texture issues with raw 🍌banana but I freeze the fruit for smoothies & bag/freeze the peel separately to make night time tea! I use 1/2 to 1 entire peel for an oversized cup, boil water add peel & cinnamon then simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat! For anyone who likes the chunks method, the boiled banana could also be eaten or used for other recipes🍌🍌🍌 Go Bananas🍌🍌🍌🐒

Just a couple observational extras for clean tea.... Vortexing the water 4x each direction before boiling will also remove energetic remnants and reset the water memory. I glue or plastic melt 2 large plastic bottle caps together with a 9-10mm diameter hole and copper washer between or on one side to vortex one bottle into the other. Always hold the bottle with the water. Grabbing the empty bottle can break the glue bond. Possibly peeling thin shreds from the banana with a potato peeler would remove more of the pesticides before the hot water rinse.

Cool idea with the vortex. I'm definitely gonna give that a try. I've often wondered if there was an attachment one could put on the tap and it vortexed the water ready for drinking. Currently I have reverse osmosis system that puts minerals back in the water after, adds hydrogen and all magnetises the water at the end. I really love it, adding a vortex to it would be the icing on the cake! Might play around with some glass or metal bottles as I don't really like using plastic.

i take tryptophan powered, and i drink blue lotus personally. there are so many things i been doing naturally. and i have been fasting since lent but 2.5 day dry fast over my luna cycle. -Hades is the word of god.

Hey KM! Thanks for the proper directions for the nanner tea! Before, I was just boiling the chunks for 15 min and calling it good. Lol. Ever try onion banana drink? 1 banana, 1/2 small onion, 1/2 cup of water, blend into a smoothie. Surprisingly delicious. I've wondered what the spirit science behind that could be. I first saw it on Avatar: The Last Airbender. Recently I tried it and read a little into it and found out it is a yogi kinda thing to do. So with that in mind, I wonder what it does for the chakras and energy flow. God bless! Much Love! ✌️😁🤙

I just wanted to add that the colour can be grey or brown depending on the quality of the water you used. Ie hard/soft/filtered/bottled/mineral, etc. I found that if bananas are more green, it's more of a grey colour. For me It's still the same drink and tastes the same no matter the colour really.

You can also just eat the banana to get the tryptophan.. stack a banana diet with 5-htp supplements for serotonin

The one part im still a little confused about.... When looking at your Tropical and Sidereal days...do you go from your Tropical sign or as what your Sidereal sign would be? Hope that makes sense :) PS...Thank you immmensely for all you share!

Yes you can add cinnamon, just no sweeteners like honey or maple syrup as the sugar molecules will alter the tryptophan. 🙏

Hello first of all I love your content but I have one concern, it is my understanding that most of the potassium content in a banana is concentrated in the little black nib at the very bottom so cutting the bottom and off might be wasting all that potassium, I'd love to know your thoughts on that

Can one use green bananas or do they need to be ripe? Asking because I don’t use ripe bananas due to sugar content. I do use green bananas in smoothies to help the gut. Ty

Hi, This happened to me. It's down to the quality of the water you used ie soft/hard/filtered/bottled/mineral etc and how ripe your bananas are. It doesn't matter about the colour at all, it's still the same quality drink. Hope that helps.
