@@SmartRobot-wc2fb first of all, there wouldn't be a Bananarama version without Shocking Blue. Second of all, their version was a huge worldwide hit and a US number one that sold over a million copies in the US alone. So try again
@@JustMeJP Who cares? People associate that song to Bananarama nowadays because it's the best/definitive version. Shocking Blue would still be in the dark without Bananarama.
Gotta have her there! An American here and I used to LOVE HER within the group. The music videos, interviews, fashion and style; she was it! Just won't ever be the same if she's not present.
There's something awesome and sad at the same time about the fact that all you want to hear is something they first performed 30-40 years ago - and at the same time it must be wonderful to be able to live on a few hits and make a full career of it. Good performance though. Where is the third one?
I recall watching them during their first appearance on 'American Bandstand'. Keren's belt fall off while she was dancing and after the song was over Dick Clarke picked it up and handed it back to her. That was a great, sweet moment! 😉😊
