All the music reactors that never explore this aspect of Band-Maid and only experience the live music are missing a big part of what makes the Maids so popular. I love the fact that they take their music very seriously, but they don't take themselves too seriously. What other band on the planet has this kind of confidence in their music to play with the audience this way? What other band has this much fun on stage? There's a reason I find that Band-Maid makes me unreasonably happy.
Reactors are looking for the most views. I hope I get there with these because they are the lighter side and so damn fun. Even if I don't get a ton of views it doesn't matter because I love it. I'm still growing.
@@B-Drags-Den What many reactors don't realize, is that most of us Maidiac's will show up to support reactors who support the Ladies. Even if it's just a short, we show up as soon as we see it.
The Chicago 2022 concert was where Akane was seen crying during the last song of the set. It was the last song of their U.S. tour that year. All the Maids were so happy because they did not know if the fans still remembered or cared about them after a two-year absence because of the pandemic. There is a fan-cam of that song focused on Akane.
Rick, You definitely need to go to a live concert and participate in the Omajanai Time. There's nothing like being abused by Miku for not using your BIG VOICE! Actually, it's as much fun watching the shenanigans going on behind Miku by the other Maids during Omajanai Time.
I was at this show. Only Band-Maid concert I've had the pleasure of seeing so far. I'm 52 and have seen a lot of concerts and this was the most fun and best mixed show I've ever seen.
This was my first Band Maid concert and was in the second row. You might have noticed Kanami wasn’t on stage for most of Omajinai time. She was battling anemia at this stage of the tour. She started feeling bad at the NJ show just before this one. We didn’t know how bad until the US tour Documentary showed how much she was struggling, but still performed at a high caliber.
Kanami is such a trooper. As awful as she was feeling, you never would have known. She wasn't going to let us down. (And we weren't going to let her down either.) But I think the help she received from her assistant/tech was so special. Even at the end when they were walking out, she brought her assistant on stage and gave her a huge hug. Such a touching moment. You can tell she really needed her that day. ぽ
You definitely have to experience it in person and let Miku know it's your first time she will guide you thru it... I've seen them twice, and i always act like i don't know, lol. Oh, and believe me, she will notice if you don't join omajinai time, lol.
It is the most important time…yes you must join…videos don’t count!! She must see your mouth move and bigger, bigger, BIGGER voice please! The magic spell time must be experience by all in the venue because you’re traaaapppped! Need to watch the all the MC times from the Mexico show…they are wild and too funny. 🤘🕊️🦍👸🏻🥷👀PO!
WOO HOO! I had so much fun at this show. I met some amazing Madiacs that day. Made a whole day of it. Spent the whole day chatting with fans in line. I happened to be #2 in GA but the line was mixed most of the morning. Had a great time talking with Vlad, who was next to me in line before they separated VIP and GA. He had multiple phones and batteries to get this amazing footage. And he had so many great experiences to share. Also had a chance to talk with one of the roadies before the doors opened. He had so many kind things to say about the Maids, it just solidified how amazing and humble they really are. I got a great position right in front of Miku, about 6-7 heads back, right in her field of view. (I did my best.) But the entire show was so full of emotion, energy and appreciation. I think everyone was crying by the end. (Especially Akane, she wears her emotions on her sleeve.) It was one of the best nights I've ever had. A few of us even got a surprise after the show. We happened to be standing in the lobby talking when the tour manager came out with a few extra VIP gift bags and handed them to us. How cool is that. I hope you get a chance to see them live when they come back. It will be an experience that truly changes your life. Thanks so much for your reaction. ぽ
All the Omajinai Time you see happened one after another, within 1-2 days of each other, during a US tour. That's why they're all similar. There are many others recorded in other years. Some of them are led by Saiki. Some of them are Saiki + Kanami. There's a lot going on. They swap instruments, give Japanese lessons, and more.
Yes. It’s going to be your first omajinai time in person. Definitely raise your hand, po! I can testify from first hand experience. Watching a hundred Band Maid videos still doesn’t compare to being in the same room as the magic. You will experience that for yourself. Guaranteed.
If you were impressed with Miku jumping in those shoes then you can't have watched the MV for " Don't Let Me Down " where she runs through the streets of Tokyo in a similar pair 🤷♂ - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0YGwUhg2XNk.html
There is a video of Miku getting off the stage and going down into the audience from I think their NY show in I want to say 1998. Others will correct me if I am wrong. But the other Ladies gave Miku a look like "Really? You are going down there?" And there is a video from this concert that is focused on Akane while they perform "Endless Story", where Akane is trying to keep from losing it while still playing. This was the last show of their 2022 US tour, and the Ladies had not been able to tour for almost 3 years because of the lockdowns, so this was very emotional for them. There are several photos of the Ladies taken just as they got off the stage, where they were hugging and crying, and there is I think 2 videos. And until you experience it in person, you haven't really experienced Omajinai Time. I doubt Miku would ever leave her Masters and Princesses hanging like that, unless it was a true emergency. And Miku can yell louder than the PA's at some of the venues they perform at.
@B-Drags-Den I have footage from this on my channel, think I got atleast 3 songs posted , 1 yearv later I posted 6 songs from park west show night b4 lalapooza show
