Could you please make a video about salary breakdown of Band 4 nurse. I am really confused that how can a band 4 nurse with this much salary survives in UK by keeping in mind all the expenses such as taxes, rent, transportation, groceries etc. I have given 2 interviews and I was successful in both but I declined the offer just because of the pay which I was offered. Though Im single, I have parents to look after and my current job is paying me very well. I have 17 years of nursing experience.

Hie I think 30k is enough if ur trust is giving to 1st month salary in that same month Or else may be some more money 40k because then u have to manage eveything by urself till ur trust pay u in next month after arrival

Hie arpita Here in initial days Eveyone has to work as band 5 becoz we need to gain all competencies as per here nhs policies But later with ur talent and experience may be u can apply for higher posts
