Brooke was HORRIBLE during this era more so than usual, she literally drove Taylor mad, and was hunting and stalking Ridge. This was so satisfying to watch
Which is why years later, Stephanie faked a heart attack and she told the family why she did it. Right or Wrong I would have stood with Stephanie if I found out myself.

Unlike Felicia Forrester. 1st, Felecia Forrester thought Nick Marone was the father of her child from a one night Stand. Then it turned out Dante was the father from another one night stand. How many night stands can a woman have in less then 30 days. But then again, if Stephanie hadn't had a 1 night stand with Massimo, Eric and Stephanie would never have gotten married.
But at least Brooke knew Eric and Ridge's name. Felecia was like "you look familiar".. and then had to say it again a few months later to Dante. PS, Brooke didn't remember getting in bed with Eric. She had been drinking. Maybe Felicia was drunk too when she got in bed with Dante and Nick. If its good enough excuse for Stephanie's daughter, then it is good enough for Beth Logan's daughter.
Brooke actively went after a happily married man with three kids for months, all because Thorne left her. Then she rubbed it in Taylor's face every chance she got. I don't see how anyone could look at that behavior and not say that Brooke did nothing wrong. When Stephanie said that Brooke didn't care about the heartache she was causing Taylor and that it caused Taylor to be pushed to the edge, she was absolutely right! Brooke was selfish, cruel and disgusting they way she went about seducing Ridge. Then to top it off a week later she is sleeping with her daughters husband. She went from Thorne to Ridge to Deacon in a matter of days with no thought of the pain and chaos she was inflicting upon those around her. How is any of that not wrong? I just don't see how anyone could defend those actions.
Nellie Cooper they were wealthy and famous. She used to read about them in the papers and mags and wished to be them - top of society. Then her mom got a catering job for them and she met them through an event. She swore to be like them

Katie was only drinking because she knew that something was going on between her sister and her husband. She used the alcohol to push down her fear and after Katie found out the truth she stopped abusing alcohol. So yes Brooke can drive someone to drink!

Stephanie had her faults. Stephanie tells a stranger that the mother of her grandchild were is her house key. Then she calls the guy up and says Brooke is alone. Go over there. And then when the shit hits the fan, she leaves town. Brooke has some issues.. I would never let her chaperone a teenager event. But Stephanie broke laws. The fact that Stephanie was never charged with accessory to murder, Ie Letting Nick go on trial for a murder that Ridge committed shows there was no justice in Los Angeles.
Back when B&B was soap opera gold. These Brooke vs Stephanie scenes were so epic. Not to mention the ones still written by William J. Bell with a deep psychological sense of a toxic love/hate relationship.

Brooke AND Donna, not to mention Sheila Carter, ALL married Eric to get one over on Stephanie and then tried to say that they "loved him" or that they were "in love with him". And Eric claims that Stephanie was such a terrible person/wife but after every failed marriage he had, he ALWAYS ran back to her. If I were Stephanie I would've never took him back, ever! On the 2nd episode of B&B, Eric told Stephanie he was unhappy with their marriage. Brooke didn't go after Eric, Stephanie let him go. Stephanie forgot the 1st rule of marriage. Take care of your mate. When your mate says "I am not happy", you need to address those concerns. But Stephanie was too busy in her son's love life to realize her marriage was in the toilet. Ridge was fair game when Brooke met him. He was dating Caroline. And everybody knows Thorne kissed Brooke first. Brooke didn't pursue Nick as much as they were drawn to each other. Brooke is no Saint. But Stephanie should of always asked herself why did every man she ever "loved" fell for Brooke. Was Brooke giving the men in Stephanie's life something lacking from Stephanie. Compassion goes a long way and that is something Stephanie never had.

I just wish that they didn’t make Taylor so weak, sad, and pathetic now. They then made Stephanie the villain to uplift Brooke. It was not ok what Stephanie did to Brooke (rape) and lie about Ridge. I wish they did not make Ridge’s Massimo. There was no point in the end except to make Stephanie a hypocrite. Massimo is not even on the show (Joseph Kascolo may he Rest In Peace) anymore. Stephanie called it about her parenting though. Look at the pain Rick and Bridget went through.
Stefanie was the best at kicking Brooke when she was down. i remember up at the cabin when Stefanie track her down and foiled her plans to seduce Thorne to the point of almost strangling her until Brooke picked up the vase and slammed it into her head. Stefanie even scared me as i was watching when lightning struck.
The whole show without Stephanie sucks, she was the show herself. That idiot Bell JR destroyed this whole thing by messing up the characters and the storylines. After 2002 the show to me became unwatchable though
Stephanie Forrester is definitely the best character on B&B IMHO. The show really went downhill when characters like her were sidelined in favor of Hope/Liam/Steffy.
I want to see the episodes with Brooke and Ridge in Paris, right after she fell off the Eiffel Tower, when Ridge made love to Brooke and told her he was going to leave Taylor. They acted like a couple on the plane ride back to LA.

+Brightvision 2001. This was when Stephanie, Massimo & Taylor planned on convincing Brooke into thinking that her father was sick so she could leave town for good. This happened shortly after Thorne divorced Brooke.
Yeah Brooke decided to pursue Ridge after Thorne dumped her in August 2001. She actively tried to seduce Ridge. It was pretty infuriating to me but led to some great drama.
This story took place shortly after Thorne divorced Brooke after learning she was still in love with Ridge. Brooke then decided she wanted Ridge back and she began her campaign of trying to break up Taylor & Ridge's marriage. Massimo came to town and helped Stephanie by bribing Stephen Logan with $5 Million. Ridge found out Taylor's role in the scheme and forgave her telling his wife that he didn't want Brooke (he told Brooke the same which is why she was crying at the beginning of this clip).

Taylor received a call from Phoebe and didn't think and just went driving to help her daughter. Would I have done the same thing in the same situation? Yes. I would go help my child? But if I hit someone with my car, I don't think I would blame it on the rock. I wouldn't leave the person at the scene and call 911. But people who like Stephanie and Taylor always forget about the people who died at their hands, See Beth Logan death or Darla Forrester.

Everytime Stephanie said that it but her in the ass. If Stephanie stop visiting Brooke to always rub it in she probably could've gotten rid of her along time ago. It always made Brooke come back with a vengeance. What I always hated about Stephanie is she was a sore loser. When Stephanie Triumphed over Brooke, what does she do? She goes to gloat. You never saw Brooke going to Stephanie and saying "I stole your husband, had his baby..." Stephanie loved seeing Brooke in pain.
Brooke didn't "steal" Eric. He and Stephanie were separated for reasons entirely unrelated to Brooke and they just happened to fall for one another. But those two were already on the road to Splitsville at the beginning on the show when Eric was looking at Beth Logan.
Eric is a person. Brooke did not drag Eric to her bedroom kicking or screaming. That is Stephanie style. And Considering Brooke made her money from Belief vs her divorce settlement, I think Brooke did pretty well.
