BAND-MAID Documentary / KANAMI Patreon Shout-out Reaction 

A funny little story about Kanami. During their Atlanta concert in May 2023, the band took a small MC break and MISA let Kanami take a sip of her Classic City beer (a local brew). When Kaami took a sip of the beer and made a face like someone taking their first shot of Jagermeister (I'm sure you understand) Then when Miku asked her how it tasted, she perked up and with a smile on her face said, "Yummy". We all laughed our butts off. She has a complete deadpan sense of humor, which really shows her intelligence.

Paul Reed Smith has been making guitars since 1975. Carlos Santana has been using PRS since 1982. PRS officially opened in 1985.

Tim, I love and always support your reactions, but please give Ohrenje and his crew a shout out. The amount of dedication and love they have put in to these are why we shed tears. Ohrenje is an amazing man that I ate huge mozzarella sticks with after the DC show. His love and passion for Band-Maid is unmatched. Great job! P.S. Now you have to watch the other documentaries to give Ohrenje a proper shout out. Only gets better.

PRS had their 35th anniversary a few years ago, Kanami's 'Angry Larry' that she's used a lot the last few years is a 35th anniversary model, the company was founded in 1985. I always associated Carlos Santana with PRS as he's used their guitars for decades and has been associated with Paul Reed Smith since 1982. It's very noticible that PRS is very popular in Japan with Metal and Rock bands and it may be because of that, that you are noticing them a lot but they also seem to be popular with many metal guitarists generally all over the world. Also Kanami has recently acqured a PRS Private Stock guitar (custom built for her) and only those that have been lucky enough to see them live recently have had a proper look at it, for some reason she hasn't posted any decent pictures of it anywhere. I've only seen one distant shot of it taken at one of the live shows posted by them on instagram.

Now you have to watch the rest, Saiki, Akane, Misa, and the 3 part Miku for the end as it covers all the band and not only Miku.

Thanks Tim, Ohrengi's documentaries are excellent and his passion for B-M really shows. Okay in the vein of what Bruno wants Bruno gets, if B-M is in the USA in the next year or so I'm flying over from Oz and I want to meet you at a concert 😁 I don't believe in miracles or higher beings ( no insult intended to anyone who does) but the fact that this amazing band of musical unicorns exists is pretty much a miracle to me. Kanami🥰 Great one Tim. Love them so of couse we want you to do the rest of them. Saiki was supposed to be first. (Saiki, Kanami, Akane, MISA and 3x Miku) Make sure you give Ohrenje and the crew a shout out next time for their fantastic work on those documentaries.

Kanami is the true definition of what a rock star should be, polite and humble with no fear of what a genre should sound like, thanks Tim, please do the other docs, but do the Miku ones last as they kind of tie the others together

IMHO Ohrengi's BAND-MAID documentaries are a most watch for BAND-MAID fans. I would like to see you react to them of course, but even if you don't do a reaction you should watch them on your own time. Honestly I don't think a big studio could do a better job apart from getting the maid's themselves to appear in them. It takes someone with the passion of a fan to make something this good.

I look forward to it. I think the order of SAIKI, AKANE, MISA, & MIKU, would be better next time. However, the MIKU documentary is in three parts, so it may be time consuming and difficult. However, since it was MIKU that created BAND-MAID, it can never be removed. Best regards, and thank you in advance.
