Over and above their musical/compositional skills it is their emotional connection with each other and their fans that puts Band-Maid in a class by themselves.
Last song of a 33 song 3 1/2 hour set at Yokohama Arena last Nov. I watched the livestream. It was epic! This morning they announced a special two-man show with The Warning in Japan in June! 🙂 Great reaction, Thanks!
Great reaction and this was the closer for their last concert for their 10th anniversary tour at Yokohama arena in Nov. 2023. It was their largest show so for and was 3.5 hours and 33 songs. After this song there wasn't a dry eye in the place. Thanks for the reaction.
This song didn't catch my attention much when it came out, but it has all changed. I discovered this band in June 2020 during the first lockdown. And later I watched the entire Line Cube Shibuya concert that was posted on RU-vid back then. Everyone killed it from start to the end, and the closer was Endless Story. I think it was the first time Saiki made a long emotional speech in front of the audience. It was the concert where their Budohkan concert was announced (Budohkan used to be the biggest venue in Japan before Tokyo dome, Yokohama Arena were opened and the Beatles and many international big names performed there), then it was cancelled to much devastation to their fans. I don't think they played this song at all until US tour 2022. This song just triggers so much emotions associated with Budohkan, Covid, US tour and 10th year anniversary tour. It wasn't the legendary song, but has become the legendary concert closer that unites Band-Maid and the fans with the shared memories.
This is the last song of their 10th Aniversary tour final stage at Yokohama Arena last year. Yeah, they've been keeping gratitute for their fans, but especially at this special occasion. The last lyrics Saiki sang on the front stage was added for only this stage. 返信
I couldn't watch the stream of this concert live.😢...because.... I WAS THERE!!!!!🥳.........So I watched the live stream after the show back at the hotel...hehe.
@@purplebutterflywithabrokenwing Incredible!....I shouted "AKANE!!" when she did her little catwalk..hehe...Hope to hear it on the BR (which I have on order)..And seeing Saiki's first solo piano performance playing "Choose Me"..was a real surprise!...Was the second time I have seen them in Japan..I was also at the Tokyo Garden Theater concert in Jan of 23...Flying out from the UK via Finland on both occasions book ending the 10th Anni Tour.
@@purplebutterflywithabrokenwing They have been the light in my darkness since losing my partner of 24 years to cancer in 2017..Btw Miku has a solo side project called "Cluppo"...It's more pop or as she calls it. "Hippy Poppo"..And the MAIDs also have rivals called "BAND-MAIKO"..🤭.teehee..Check them out.
New video; old song. KAMAMI wrote ENDLESS STORY so that BAND-MAID would have an anthemic sing-along for occasions such as this concert at Yokohama Arena. I’m sorry, I have to go now; it’s getting dusty here.
Hallo Princess!
This was the last song of their Tenth Anniversary Concert at Yokohama Arena. It was very emotional -- the drummer was in tears, if you look closely. It was an emotional song for everyone there, celebrating ten years of Band-Maid.
Always a fan of your reactions. I know this song wasn't designed to make all us old blokes weep, but it does. I think you would really like to react to "Don't You Tell Me" & "Hate?" from this same concert. I Know you've already done Hate? from the Lallapaloosa show, but this one is even more special.
I always say "best rock band on the planet" but I may be changing to "best band currently on the planet". There's just something about Band Maid that speaks directly to me. You can't remove any single member of this band because their chemistry and synergy is unlike anything else out there. Maybe it's just me but I'm an old guy and I've heard an awful lot over time and this lis only the third band I've ever heard that makes me feel this excited. I like these types of songs because they truly show how diverse Band Maid really is, they can play any style and make every one of them sound excellent. Just a great, great band.
They are truly an inspiration and amazing band ❤️🎶🤘🏻 glad that you guys requested them this is why I started this channel for great music and new music 🎶
I'm 72 and found them about six years ago. They've gotten so much better it's amazing and they were good to start with.@@purplebutterflywithabrokenwing
Yes, every one of them makes up Band-Maid. They are 5 incredible ladies making incredible music, it's been said before, "Band-Maid, doing Band-Maid stuff".
This song with the audience participation is why so many Maidiacs love this band. Such a dramatic, magical, beautiful, musical ending to a concert. The band and the audience's voices were so powerful and heartfelt. I'm sure that everyone in the audience had goose-bumps and tears in their eyes.
I've seen dozens of the greatest rock bands ever, and nothing has moved me the way Band-Maid does. I've seen them three times and wish I had flown to Japan for this show.
This is not a new song, but it is a Live release of their song which was featured on "Conqueror" from 2019 and for which there is an Official MV. During the 25 Oct 2022 show, when they started playing this song, they were surprised so many participated.
This was the last song at the 3,5 hour Okyu-ji at Yokohama Arena. It was a very emotional moment and a worthy end to a fantastic show. And yes, there were tears.

Anthem it is, Po! Was there (with nearly 10K others) and this was song 33 of 33 (3.5 hours), and 😭 every time, Po! They are always serving their Worldwide fan base. This song just premiered an hour after their Acoustic show (14 song) finished at Line Cube Shibuya, Po! 🦍🍌PS, this is the last of the 4 song MV teaser leading up to the Bluray/DVD release on Mar 27, 2024.
