The best decision I ever made was to click on a random video of a group of maids with instruments a couple years ago

Magie is at 215K views. The riff Mincho plays in the beginning of the song is crazy good. I was lucky to get a ticket for the Day of Maid, Band-Maid Okyuji. The Okyuji was very enjoyable and I had a great time. Magie was released on the album Epic Narratives on September 25th, 2024.

How do they do it? With most of their new songs when I listen to them for the first time, it's ok, not great not terrible. Then few hours later the song is stuck in my head and I come back and can't stop listening to it.

This band does not neglect their Maidiacs - never. My pulse is quickening already. Here's one tiny footnote though: Ladies, please consider a Europe/UK-tour in the not too distant future. It has been quite a while (2019?) and it's high time for a grand rendez-vous.

For those who have recently discovered the band. 'The Band Made Law'. 　Is this a legend? A superstition? Or is it a delusion... 1. when you get to know BAND-MAID's music, you buy old albums. 2.As you listen to them, your 'favourite' songs change. 3. you are surprised to find out that the songs that are considered the best among fans vary. 4. learns that performances are versioned up through live performances, and begins to search for and collect old live recordings. 5.When they realise that live performances exceed studio recordings, they start to go on expeditions (chasing) to hear live performances. 6.When she experiences a "ritual (baptism?)" in the OKYUJI, she returns home to a "maid cafe" she has never experienced before on the pretext of a "pilgrimage to a holy place". 7. she is astonished to find out that 'cute' and 'good-looking' go hand in hand. 8. returning home to OKYUJI and discovering the wide age range of the fans and the large number of older people, she is astonished to learn that age has nothing to do with music. 9. when people realise how much fun OKYUJI can be, they become dependent on it and experience withdrawal symptoms if they are away from it for a long period of time. A phenomenon that could become a legend or a myth (coincidence? Fact?) 1. The law that bad weather occurs when the vocalist SAIKI gets motivated to serve. 　→Among Japanese Maidiacs, it is whispered that SAIKI has the blood of a celestial maiden and that her 'ki' (force) is acting on the natural world in the mountains and rivers. 2. When bad weather occurs on the day of OKYUJI, the core Maidiacs are happy. 　→It is whispered that if the weather is bad, it is because there will be only great performances on that day. 3.The more bad weather such as rain, storms, strong winds, heat waves, etc., the better the performance at OKYUJI will be and the more great performances will be given. 　→It is said that this is because the members of OKYUJI perform spiritedly for the Maidiacs who come to the concert regardless of bad weather. 4. Even on days with bad weather, somehow the weather recovers by the end of the "OKYUJI" performance. 　→It is said that this is because the tension of SAIKI relaxes as the OKYUJI progresses, and the water vapour in the air is quantum-leapt to another dimension by the Force of Akane's drums, who is said to be a sunny woman. 5. On days when the weather is fine, for some reason SAIKI's condition deteriorates and 'small failures' occur when she is 'served'. 　→It is said that this is because she is affected by the 'Feng Shui' or Force that abounds in the natural world. 6. three or more 'Sunny Women' are needed for the OKYUJI day to be a fine day. 😅😅😅

My God, I love this one! I love the beat, the drums, the bass, the guitar, and especially Saiki's vocals! I absolutely love her vocals anyway, but on this one she has added that rock growl and I love that from her. BTW Miku's back up vocals too are so good here. She completes what Saiki is doing and it works so well in this song. GOD I LOVE THESE WOMEN! Great GREAT GREAT song!

I was like, yeahhh!! almost at 600K!! But this morning im getting my Sunday Morning-Edition of B-M ..and lo and behold..Subscriptions are at 601K!!!
