Most developers cut down alot of trees trying to put up the houses, they should try to find a way that the houses can co-exist with the trees

@@davidkamau1715 Not at the moment but I realized most sales executives from Banda moved there and the selling strategy is still the same. And the fact that the construction is dependent on investor contributions, very tricky

We don't need the Chinese, Banda under quoted the cost by trying to lure in many customers,,so when the project kicked after kujenga for a while pesa zikaisha na since you signed a contract you can't go back to the client to request more cash. I think the cause of this, is most probably Banda doesn't or didn't had an engineer or an architect or any person from the build environment to guide them through in the initial process. Or maybe they didn't hire a professional to do a good quotation for them because whenever you are doing any quotation you have to consider some rates which might change due to unknown reasons, meaning at the end of the day the quotation given will always be able to complete the project

@@bwiznation Boss, i personally don't like the Chinese but whichever way you look at it.. they deliver average quality work.. our local developers deliver very low quality unfinished works because they can get away with it. The local developers have technical team, but there advice is ignored as cost cutting measure.

@@jkandiechesang Developers huwa mostly zinakuwa run by people from the field of business,, Hapa Kenya ni very few huwa na technical people. Instead ya kupea Chinese saka Mkenya who works in the Built Environment akujengee kitu safi. That way you will be creating jobs for more Kenyans wachana na hizi developers wanapeana kazi watu wa familia ama Chinese wenye wanaletana wengi kutumistreat from home

a friend of mine alikuwa replaced kwa Developer by someone who wasn't from a technical field
