I done made 1k legally from last Friday til today. Next week aiming for 1.1k. Bandman really got me grinding. That’s the first money I made since the pandemic 😂
I’ve been saying this for the longest, I know Asian families that let their kids live at home until they’re in their 30’s and older. And it’s not judged through their community at all, it’s normal actually. With black people we’ll judge each other so quick. Like “Damn you’re 20 and you still live at your parent’s? As black people we need to change that mentality and let these kids get some time to figure it out, if they’re doing something positive. We have to lose this “you’re grown, figure it out mentality.”
The key is, as long as they are actively listening and making a continuing effort to accept the parent's guidance and put it into action. When the parents are "correctly" raising their children and those children are still defiant and or lazy, then I 100% believe that they need to get out at 18.
Bro this sound good and all but if you got mad siblings and your living situation uncomfortable you gone get out soon as possible so if your family got the meens for you stay home do it I guess but if not you gotta get it
@@jaypat9278 If the living situation is uncomfortable, then it is because the family has relationship problems and that is a huge obstacle. The parents need to stop having kids when they cannot afford to. It keeps you trapped in the hood on government assistance. Establish financial security then create a family and then drive towards financial freedom. Yes, the game is rigged but we can still play it at a high level if we make good choices. Our conditions dictate where we begin but our decisions dictate where we finish. ✊🏽
0:50 that's the realist shit. If you have goals and dreams - just chase them. Fuck college, fuck short term money, fuck all that. The ultimate definition of success is to be happy.
That’s because moms an dads wants a cheaper life they think if they kick u out they going pay less rent an electric but at the end weather I’m there are not ur still going come off a good amount of money for the spot u paying for most moms an dads also want they kid gone because they make up lies about how they was broke an only had 12 cent so u should be able to do it too
I definitely agree that young people should be at home while saving, making a plan, & executing such plan instead of being thrown out into the street to start paying rent. That doesn’t build wealth.. that creates struggle
That’s because they are stupid you can be a stem major and make 100k-300k a year easily. If you go get a fucking psychology degree of course you can’t get a job
I went to college and got a Bachelors in Finance and I'll admit college is a finesse because they never taught me how to make real money. The internet taught me way more shit than College ever could
I'm going to college and its saved my life. It took me out of the hood and gave me jobs that pay 16$ an hour(and I'm still a student). Without school I'd probably be in jail or working at Taco Bell. Also I love my job. My father has passed away and my mom is a gambler, so Without school I would have been lost like a muhfucka🙏 School ain't for everyone, but it can help if you do it right🎓
Hugo Palacios keep grinding bro don’t let nothing stop you. Keep striving for greatness. Rn I’m 23, got a nice car, good enough paying job (24hr), credit score 761. Rn I’m just working and saving to start investing eventually. We gotta keep going

Look into Biotechnology. The manufacturer of pharmaceuticals. I work for a company that has a partnership with Johnson & Johnson. And they’re working heavily in Alzheimer’s research. My job pays me a rate. But because I work nights it’s an extra 15% or shift differential...then on the two weekends a month that I work it’s an extra 5% plus Triple time on all major holidays. As well as Triple time when the company shuts down for maintains and technology upgrades. I went to college for a while and stopped. Because I’ve always gotten jobs that paid decent in my eyes as compared to my counterparts that have college loan debt. But my situation is different and I also live near a place called Research Triangle Park. Lots of opportunities here. Hope this helped
That’s why I’m getting my teacher’s credential for single subject math here in California. There a massive teacher shortage in math and science. Cali has top 5 teacher’s salary in the USA across all states, and because I’m a black male I’ll be more sought after for diversity. I start out the gate at $51k with constant annual raises (and that’s before master’s degree credits and finishing my master’s)...plus I can teach summer school, or tutor over the summer, if I want extra cash
Theres a glitch in the system 🤫 Message me on telegram my username is yungfori on there, ima teach the swipe game for free just send me my cut after i help you..Theres so many ways to eat 💯
you can read the book but basically just create assets to build passive income. that’s the only way to get financially free. or you will work till you die lmfaooo
As soon as I heard him bring up "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" I knew this man wasn't fucking around. He knows exactly what he is doing, and his dreams are just a destination at this point. 🔑
He dropped some game, but I will add on. Get your credit score up doing what Bandman described using cd secured loans, get a discover IT card and do the same thing with a credit card. Once you get a 680 credit score go buy a duplex with an fha loan and live out of one side and rent the other side. Your rental should dayum near cover most the cost of the mortgage or close to it, othwerwise its not a good deal. Put that money up to get 20% for your next property rinse and repeat.
My kids will always feel lile they can ckme home my mom dad dnt want me at his house is a feeling and words my kids will never say im gone be they dad till i die they gone be my babies till i die take care of your responsibilities 💯

As a substitute teacher and aspiring high school math teacher...I tell all my students to research the career they want to go into, and go to college if that field requires it. Going to college just to go with no direction, is a huge waste of time and $.
A degree is only worth it if you want to be a doctor, lawyer, engineer where the real money is, other than that Who tf gonna want to be a teacher, firefighter. One of my buddy’s dad is a physician and he has set out on multiple business ventures while maintaining his Physician career, & funding his other ventures with his Physician income, my friend is studying to be a physician like his dad. Smart & motivational family fr from the Chicago-land area ✔️💯
Maurice H Really ? Go tell that to the college students that spent years in college, that are in 200-250 000$ in debt, who was told as soon as they graduate they would be finding jobs instantly that are now working at super market....The system is completely fucked.
My brother told my nieces an nephew to stay at home until they are 27. All did, they all have homes in the same subdivision. My brother lives in the first development of his area an his kids live in the 3rd phases. All cars are paid, my nephew got two hair studios for barbers and beauticians. My nieces each have their own daycares but one is a daycare for special needs kids. So staying home and really being influenced and helped to be their own person. I love my brother for this, both my kids 20, 23 are home an I have a 3 year old grandson, his mom has started a business and we help♥️♥️
Move at 18 have only like $2k...move when you 21-22 and move out wit 20k+. Just wait, cuz its worth it when you got bills to pay and your tryna save at the same time. You gotta save before, not during
Group economics and resourcefulness is key! Also we gotta give our parents grace as they may not have had the knowledge and they're teaching you exactly what they know. I'm big on breaking generational curses, changing my family tree for the better and unlearning anything that isn't serving me in a positive and productive manner 💯🏁
If someone wants to go in debt to do something they love or inspired to do then that's on them. I can think of a million frivolous things people waste money on compared to a degree. Getting a degree is about the knowledge of a particular major but also it speaks to a person's character. With all the distractions at college, and a person still gets up every day, goes to class, take notes and study for 4/6/8/10 years and finishes says alot. It's like the difference between local sports stars who never make it to the pros versus the pro who humbled himself enough to take getting chewed out by that hs or college coach, monotonous practice day after day, missing out on social happenings, and playing within a system of a team to make it to the big time.
The banks have been perfecting sharking your money. That loan is gonna generate interest. Even if the bank garnishes your 100k you will owe them something.
The problem isn’t colloge the problem is what degree are they getting. People go to colloge for “dance theory” and get a 100k loan and go out to the real world and realize no one is going to pay you to give theories about dance. On the other hand if you get a business degree you enter a private sector business and start making big money.
This the convo I love having because I hate how black parents do that I was actually in a berbershop the other day And this Lady was talking to Her 12 year old Son that by 18 he better have it together because he's out the house While other cultures allow their kids to stay longer to build their credit a little and save money instead of just throwing them to the wolves with no life experience

Y’all keep putting down college but ain’t never been 🤦🏾♂️ you don’t need college but it teaches you different skills and exposes you to a new environment, not everyone goes into debt , it’s many ways to graduate without debt , community college, scholarships , working etc, it’s an investment
Dutchmaster710 yeah but you don’t have to go to 4 year , you can work and save your money and go to community college and if you have a high enough gpa you can get a scholarship to finish the last 2 years , many people finish college this way
SuperSavage I go to a community college I’m majoring in Health and Fitness science. I’m going into my second year. I be debating on going to a university after I get my certification at the community college to get my bachelors in exercise science. It’s some reasons why I don’t like debt. I just want know for sure until the time comes when I get my certification
To get put on ain't cheap. If u can't grind to make 4k how u gon get 1 million? that's the type of mindset he wants you to have. If u really wanna get rich then get that 4k ready

Lol i hate that its only black folks that charge people for free game. the whole "its be sold not told" is bullshit. white folks don't do that, asian folks don't do that. its only black people that wanna sell courses and charge you for things they should be getting for free, out of fear that you'll do better than them in life.
Your using the 100k to leverage borrowing 500k the 100k is acting as security on the 500k. You essentially will have to pay back 400k bc the 100k of the 5 is yours. Your not going to get out paying the $400 unless your to say eff the bank in which case you came up on 400k all though this way it's going to screw up your credit but when you have the knowledge fixing your credit ain't shit but I wouldn't advise it for regular Mfs. Just pay back the 400k after you make a return on whatever investment. The key is accessibility, the 100k got you access to 400k.
the concept is not to borrow to spend/waste the money. the game is to get the 400 and purchase ASSETS (real estate/businesses/investments) and the assets will pay back the 400 not you personally because you will multiply that money. use the money to make more money. how the rich get/stay rich. so with the 100k you borrow 400k and turn that into 800k and pay back the original 400... meaning you turned 100k into 500k without ever spending the original 100k. that’s just a simple example but you can leverage it even further and make a lot more than that
It's crazy how our grandparents had good jobs with out college degree my grandma work for the Senate dad work as a bus driver mad 100k a year now u need a college degree for those jobs
They not lying cuz I’m 22 in FinTech and niggas was talkin all that college shit nd I been makin good money since I was 19. Never felt like I needed something to stamp me or show me the way🤷🏾♂️Fuck what anybody told u, if u got the will u gon find the way💯
How can you get credible work experience without opportunities through school? Without a degree you're like forced to work at Walmart or McDonald's. In my community Clearlake, California. If you don't go to school you're stuck in the ghetto selling or doing drugs🙏
That's false. I work in the airline industry and there's plenty of careers you have without a degree. Trust me. I wish i knew about the airline industry after i graduated high school. So for young people graduating from high school and not sure what you want to go to college for. Give the airline industry a shot.
@@User-rn6it Yea that's a fact. But I feel many of us have been brainwashed into believing the idea of college or the go to college for the experience deal. You know dorm life all that movie shit. But when real life hits and we are no longer living a fantasy we fold under pressure and make bad decisions. College is not for everybody but I wouldn't play around with it. If you're going to do it go all the way with it.
Lmao clearlake ghetto? Yall just a rural ass small lake town theres mad opportunities jobs and cheap education literally 30 minutes away in santa rosa the junipr college is literally one of the best in the country
jack morgan he’s talking about trade schools; auto, plumbing, welding, HVAC (controller air pressure systems like air conditioning and fridge/freezer repair), electrician, entry level medical jobs like medical billing/medical assistant/vocational nursing, etc) These institutes teach you direct job experience and can be completed on an average of 18 months, with direct job placement when you graduate. These types of jobs have a high median age , which means these jobs need younger workers to enter the field. The high surplus of college students means jobs like the above will be plentiful and pay well.
Why ? Went to a trade school when I was 18 came out with a great job and an apartment making almost a stack every check still been living on my own since I was 19 niggas 23 now so trade school set my life up . even got my GED there
I didn’t watch the whole interview. At first when they came on they grouped the trade schools with the 4 year schools. I have a trade school (Associates) degree myself and it got me a 6 figure job. Trade schools is where its at.
