No matter how a contract is written, it has to be legally enforceable. I highly doubt state law will allow him entitlement to what her new husband is giving her as a monthly allowance for example.

@@benfranklin9327 a notary only certifies that the party(s) signing the contract are signing it using their government name. A notary can not attest to duress or legality. They aren’t lawyers.
