Hello all. This method is now deprecated as the new version of the abovementioned app no longer supports HG8145V5. It is sad that Huawei decided to discontinue support of this widely-used router. I did find another method of controlling the bandwidth of specific devices connected to this router, albeit slightly more technical, and requires some know-how's. I am working on making it as simple and easy-to-follow as possible. I found this new method while I'm hopelessly looking for solutions on how to revert back my speed limits after Huawei stopped supporting this router, and without hard-resetting it. I will keep you posted!
Make sure you enter the correct password for your gateway. Otherwise, you can reset the router and enter the password printed at the bottom of the router.
Android version of this app doesn't work at all, when I try to register uknow chines error pops and no otp send to ko or to email , any solution to that

@@ACQUAILLA As long as the app is named "LinkHome" and not "LinkHome Assistant", that's fine. The logo may be blue for the android app, but for iOS it's orange.
