At 1:57 - An enigmatic shadow briefly appears over the side face of the staff woman on the left side of the screen! That shadowy face appears to be the face of an elderly man (maybe Bellhop Sam himself) and also, that shadow appears to be on the lady's face, not behind her face in the background!
Yes it is a shadow but it is the lady herself, if you slow down the video you can see it. But, I’d look look towards the corridor you can see a heavy set person or what appears to be a person in the door way. Also, that area they are filming in is quite dark, the light on the camera is making shadows all over and there isn’t any convincing sounds other then the regular sound of people moving around, if there was any evps attached to your theory, then I would say maybe, but there isn’t. So, based on what is shown on this video, and the sound of it when slowed down, I would have to disagree to any paranormal activity.

They aren't ghosts they are spirits. A ghost is a trapped spirit here because of their beliefs that nothing exists after death. A spirit can shapeshift, change things and come and go from the spirit world.
At 1:35 - At the bottom right of the screen. the instrument attached to the work table is swinging all by itself!! That is paranormal activity caught right on camera!

The fact someone can sit on their butts and deny something exists without actually knowing anything. The ghosts are real. If you go to the hotel. The staff shun and avoid talking about it. They try to avoid the topic altogether. Its the guests who keep seeing them. I live in Calgary for over 30 years now. To many people have seen the same things over and over.
