BANG BANG CHICKEN ROLL WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless (Chopped) 250 grams
Corn Flour 3 tbsp
Oil for fry
Roll Patti 1 packet
Cabbage Sliced 1 (small)
Carrot Sliced 2 pieces
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1
Flour 4 tbsp
For Sauce:
Mayonnaise ½ Cup
Chili Sauce 4 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Icing Sugar 1 tbsp
Method:
Put 5 tbsp Oil in a pan and fry chicken for 5 minutes. Add and fry for 1 minute Salt, Cabbage and Carrot. Mix Corn flour in water, cook for a minute, and take a side. Mix flour and egg together. Make rolls and coat in egg mixture. Fry in a pan when converting its color to golden. Mix all ingredients and serve with sauce.
PANEER PARATHA WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients:
For Dough:
Flour 2 cups
Oil 6 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Semolina 6 tbsp
For Filling:
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
Clarified butter ½ cup
Method:
Mix all the ingredients of Dough and make chapatti. Place cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese in the center of the chapati and cover with another chapati. Seal the edges well fry until golden and serve.
