I stayed neutral about everything (though, i didn't for shin jimin, i did end up owning up to everything i said about her and apologized about it). @Zoey Hope (formerly Zonnie Hoffer) exactly! I never thought him a bully but pushed out in a way, I understand people wanting somone to blame and its not Woojin. He was always front ¢er in the beginning and as time went on they(not skz) put him to the sides/back of group where you had to look for him (I think maybe because his dancing wasnt as strong as the others), honestly I like him so much more as a soloist it let's him shine with his vocals. The negative stays just need to move on let SKZ be who they are now and let Woojin grow as a soloist.

I can’t blame him honestly. The group moved on and have a different success. Same with the former member who is a soloist. It’s not right to give the groups success to people whom aren’t there. Just like it would be rude and disrespectful to put the group photo for woojins solos. People really do just need to move on and respect the present.

I understand where Chan is coming from, before it was Stray Kids but now it’s Stray Kids and Woojin who has his own solo career(he’s got good music guys check him out!). They are separate entities now and that’s ok.
Fully justified. I don’t see why it's wrong. Skz and Woojin are no longer together and are doing absolutely amazing in their respective careers. People should just stop associating them to each other.

I really thought that after 2 years (nearly 3 now) that people would have the common sense to understand that SKZ is ot8 now and will forever be ot8. Woojin will forever have the support of stays, and we wished nothing but the best for his solo career, it’s clear that he didn’t leave on a good note. I’m not sure if anyone remembers this but around the time of Clé: Levanter, Chan went on vlive and started talking about betrayal from the people closest to you. Of course he didn’t mention Woojin by name but everyone got the message loud and clear. Even though we would never demonize Woojin’s decision to leave the group, he really did leave the boys in an impossible position. They had to re-record the entire album as eight members, had to re-do promotional pictures for the albums and not to mention Chan had to deal with all of this by himself (emotionally I mean of course) now that he would be the oldest member. So it’s completely understandable why he felt betrayed (his words) and tbh he had and still does have every right to feel that way. And his request for us to use newer pictures was absolutely not rude or outlandish, it’s really the bare minimum guys! I really hope that these were just baby stays who just weren’t aware, but come on guys....

8 is fate. Woojin is not in Stray Kids anymore. He is a soloist. Woojin is innocent. He is continuing his solo career. The hate that he got was unnecessary. Stray Kids and Woojin have 2 different paths.
I use to like woojin, he was my bias. Even though the rumor is false, the way he left JYP is still suspicious. He left during tour, week or 2 weeks before Astronaut mv release. The fact that JYP delete his photo on IG and re release all the album without woojin in it. They said he had family problems or something, usually company will give hiatus and time to rest a little bit instead of terminated their contract right away.
People don’t understand that just because he didn’t like seeing an old photo doesn’t mean any hate toward Woojin. His reaction is probably because there are beyond enough newer photos to be used and using old photos is not a correct representation of their group.
The amount of woojin hate in the comments is crazy💀 as for uploading old photos, that’s understandable, for one you don’t want to confuse new stays that there 9 members and for two he left for a reason, he’s no longer in the group and we should respect that. It's astounding how so many people are still so mind boggled and confused about why mentioning ot9 in 2022 is unnecessary. It's not that hard folks: the group has been 8 members for years now. No one is erasing the past. We're just literally focused on the present. Constantly trying to insert the ot9 narrative at this present day or making it seem like Chan still has the responsibility to acknowledge a former member is disrespectful to both parties. One is a soloist, the other is an 8 member group from late 2019 onward. We are not living in 2018 anymore. Please get with the program, because a lot of you are lagging behind.

Even putting the woojin of it all aside, anyone reporting on any kpop matters should double check the number of members before using a photo. It’s just professional to be accurate and it takes 2 seconds to confirm. Member lineups do change, it’s a thing that happens.

A lot of people say that Chan hates Woojin, but I don’t think that’s the case. They trained together, sang together, performed together, made music together. Obviously Chan doesn’t hate him. These situations always can be interpreted the wrong way which is why I wish him the group or JYP clearly explained everything. That way if the issue was minor or no issue at all people could easily move on. Leaving things up in the air and then having people show some form of disagreement over old content further feeds into the negative and rumors that there's bad blood between them. And if nothing happened why hide it? And if something did happen hiding it will cause more trouble than exposing it. We have seen how hiding things have back fired badly look at YG, look at hook entertainment look at what went down with Omega x and those are just a few examples, hiding it can get you in serious criminal legal trouble so jyp etc should really consider this if anything actually did happen
