I just realized that it's actually pretty sad to see Bang doing these things. While funny and entertaining, I can kinda understand why Bang really wants Saitama to join the Dojo. Ever since the Garou accident, he's never had any comptent or talented students coming to his dojo like it used to. All that's left is him and Charanko who is doing his best but not really enough for us to see that he's capable of Bang's techniques. He's not immortal and and there's no one to continue his martial arts legacy because he has no promising student until he saw Saitama. An incredible and unwavering symbol of strength and potential for him to mold into a martial arts legend. Unfortunately, we don't really see any real difference when Saitama uses martial arts because he's already too powerful to use them anyway and it would just be doing the same moves with flashier poses.

I still to this day theorize that Saitama, unbeknownst to him, has a power that enhances the gains of working out and eating healthy to extraordinarily high amounts. Think of it like him gaining EXP every 1 instance of his individual workouts and the digestive process of the food, but he's gaining his exp at such a hypothetically high rate, it pretty much capped him out in a short time span, making him the strongest living thing alive because he's "max level" and no one else is. Boros was, let's say less than 50% of the way there to max level, which explains how he sustained himself during the fight until Saitama decided to try.
