North and East Bengaluru are good if you’re looking for first home. If already owning one home and wants second house then look for satellite area near to Bengaluru like Sarjapura, Attibele, Hoskote, Tumkuru, Bidadi, etc Education and job opportunities are huge, healthcare is good but doctors are money minded. Infra problems are going to complete by 2028-30. Water problem May arises more if not addressed soon.

Yes Varthur and Gunjur are regarded as upcoming decent localities and surely have good prospects in near future. Thanks to Wipro and other IT companies for coming to Varthur because of which the development happened. With metro being planned it will gather more traction.

It is a nice location, closer to Electronic City IT Hub, and good access roads to Hosur & Sarjapur. It has all amenities, so very much liveable and also has good prospects in future too.

Sir, I bought an apartment in Bangalore in 2013 for 72 lakhs, including interior and registration I had spent about 80 lakhs and stayed there for 10 years. I closed the emi for that apartment in 2020. I moved to Sarjapur in 2023 to a villa, now I pay 1.6 lakhs per month towards its emi. I get 60,000 per month rent from my previous apartment. I often get offers in the range of 1.20 to 1.30cr from buyers for my previous property. Should I sell it or continue renting it out?

Hello, actually you are getting a return of close to 6% on the current market value for your old apartment which is decent. You must flip it only if you get a more lucrative deal, besides also consider flipping expenses while doing so.

CasaGrand is a reputed brand, they have done very good work in Chennai and other locations in South and are now looking at expanding their footprint to other cities of India.

Thanks for your reply sir. I just checked that it comes under Bengaluru rural. However, CDP road and satellite ring road is just passing nearby. At present it is barren land around 3-4 sq km. Possession date is 2028 start. Will there be any development around this area? Should I take this for residential purpose?

Hi, Attibele is fast growing location, surrounded by farms, also known to have quite a few textile firms. Currently it is reasonably priced, though at a bit distance from bangalore, if it is closer to your place of work then you should go for it.

Brother I really don't know how people are so dumb and trusting the state government in Andra would make amaravati like Singapore by giving so much of free schemes brother just think wisely from where did they get money to improve infra of gost city. I am from Karnataka I know how the government is struggling to incorporate money to spend on free schemes even though Karnataka is the 2nd highest tax payer in the country. Mark my words it's not that easy brother now you know how the market has been fluctuating for 2years. FYI : *1500rs per month for all women who are above 18yrars of age. * For all mothers 1200rs per month. * Free bus for all ladies. * 15000rs per year for school going students. * 20,000 rs per year for formers. *Old age pension 4000rs.

Do you even stay in Bangalore City. Yes, the traffic is bad but we are hopeful that it will get better in the future with many public mobility projects like the Metro and Suburban rail being built along with the satellite ring road and peripheral ring road projects. All these and many more are going to significantly improve the issue overall in the future and surely would give investors better returns as projects that are located close to metro stations do better

@@k-map224 it wont brother, that is just wishful thinking. Traffic is only going to get worse Metro isnt that great here, if you look at the layout of metro here you'll know why. Not trying to crush anyone's hopes but traffic in the city decreasing sounds like wishful thinking at best. The streets are too narrow and the demand is only going upwards.
