Thanks for all the support! Keep in mind my YT channel is for inspiration and motivation for other DJs. I’m not chasing fame or $ from these videos. I’ve been inspired by some really great djs on this platform which has helped lift me up, and my goal is to pay it forward. I’ve learned a few of these mixes from other DJ’s, and that’s ok! Share the love, imo. Feel free to take what you like from my set, and add it to your own! Mad respect, party peeps! ❤
Ecstatic that i found this video!! I am 36 years old and finally actively pursuing my goal of becoming a professional DJ. I have my first gig which is a wedding in a couple weeks, i couldn't have found your page at a better time. Please keep posting content and this is extremely motivating...uplifting. Thank you very much
I have been DJing for about 30 years, and have DJ'ed in 90s raves in front of 5k+ people and all I can say is wow. Great technical skill but most important, great connection with the dance floor. Subbed.
Bro, I'm from Brooklyn NY and I've been a DJ since 89 and I usually watch these types of videos/gig logs to give me ideas on how to approach on doing corporate events & weddings. What I typically loved about this, is that you're a true DJ and that you kept the crowd rocking, the blends & mixes were on point and super clean. There are about 3 other Gig Logs that I watch on RU-vid that I respect when it comes to their DJ'ing skills and, you've become the 4th. I love everything about the dj culture but some of these other logs that I've landed on had all the right equipments or gear and presentations but lacked the DJ'ing skills. I'm not saying that they should be a Jazzy Jeff or some super crazy turntablists but they gotta know how to mix and a lot of them don't and it makes me cringe hearing them play. So respect due to you from a fellow DJ. Also, I much prefer doing clubs and lounges and hate doing the corporate and wedding events because of the stress levels but, you've inspired me to keep at it. Plus, it's where the money's at so it's hard to say no LOL. Keep Rockin' bro, everything about this log was dope. Peace!
Your channel is for “inspiration and motivation”, with a “goal of paying it forward”. You have knocked it out of the park.. you really are true to your mission and to your goal with your videos. Thanks goes to you DJ Casey Kay!! Please keep them coming - we appreciate you and your time given to these videos.
Ok...i just finished watching the video and was just laughing and smiling the entire time. This was truly a 'banger after banger' set - no doubt about it! TIP: If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Camera angles used in video was perfect - not intrusive. Hats off, keep up the good work!
I’m a musician turned DJ. This is my first year and have done a few weddings now. You totally rocked this party and inspired me to work harder to improve my product and skills. Weddings can be pretty stressful but I feel like it’s so worth it when the couple and their guest are happy and you took them to cloud 9. So awesome. You just got a new subscriber.
Loved this! It captures the energy that makes mixing at weddings so much fun. The Bride and Groom were down to party and you brought the energy to talk the event to the next level. Great Work!
I'm only 5 minutes into this video and loving it. Great job, great set up, excellent energy and vibe to say the least. DJin'g weddings is no joke and you did a great job. Shout out from NYC. Been DJ'ing since '88 so I def. appreciate what I'm seeing: the total package. Peace!
You killed it bro!!! Welcome to RU-vid Gig logs, I'm a DJ in San Antonio, Texas but still haven't made that next jump to gig logs! Love your set up and your energy, you did awesome, keep the content coming.
Well done - thanks for sharing. My wife and I have a company in Columbus OH (I DJ). You gave me some helpful ideas. I appreciate it - keeep up the good work
Once you got to Sweet Child O Mine, you had everybody. You could've done anything at that point because they were feeling it. Loved your transitions, too. Much respect from NY.
Nice job, I started off as a house party dj then to clubs and then ventured into private parties..while they do pay the most, I couldn't resist getting back to the club to do my own thing. It's funny seeing people's reaction when they try to book me to do their private events and I turn them down...but that's just me...keep up the good work.. btw, your flushed setup is hotness
Awesome!!...My favorite transitions at 9.55 and 10.40 !Thank you for that inspiration !!I...i get goosebumps when i here the crowd singing ALL the words from "Sweet child of mine" ...in Germany everyone just sings the Chorus !!....nice greetings from Germany !!
