Most western expats I've seen tend to be very energetic, but you're different. You seem calm and like to explain or describe your feelings Wow, I've never seen this before. Maybe your MBTI is a green house😁
Wow thank you thank you 🙏🏾 i definitely appreciate that! 😊I really enjoy staying true to myself and my personality. I’m an ENFJ but I’m not sure what that means in relation to a green house 🤔very interesting.
It's Crazy!! I've watched Way too many vids of brothas and sisthas in Thailand and rarely do I get a vlog of the malls, grocery shopping stores/supermarkets and night markets. Its cool to see this side of Thailand too
I'm glad you think so! Thanks! Yeah i imagine it's not really what most people are interested in but I was surprised! I think it's good maybe for people who want to live in Thailand
Just saw your video from my friend. Thank you for coming to my cafe’, T’IN. I am glad you love our bagel ❤ I think I saw you from the second floor 😅 Hope next time we can talk on your next visit!
@@carlkalunyookongkatigumjor4369 Hey Carl! Thank you for watching! I’ve actually been back to your cafe two times since this video! It’s a really great place you have 😁🙏🏾 Thanks to your bagels, I don’t miss New York ahahah I’ll make sure to ask for you on my next visit!
i like this video for its sense of honesty & authenticity. reminds me of my earlier days in bkk - even until now, years later i still learn & be amazed of newly found things around me :) you seem like a kool kat (is that still a kool thing to say..? haha) who just takes pleasure in exploring my favorite city. welcome aboard & enjoy the ride.
I’ve just find out your channel by RU-vid recomendation and I love it! I’m going to Thainland next month and I’m going to follow your tips! And, firts of all, I loved you vibration and energy. You fell so confortable with your own company and this so amazing! Thank you so much!
Hey Milena! Thank you so so much for taking time out of your day to watch my LONG video ahahaa. I appreciate it! AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMPLIMENT! traveling really helped me love my own company. I'm still new to it, so i'm learning tips as i go too!
@@RaiWayOut I thank you for your videos! They are very authentic and I watched everything! You are doing well on the journey of loving your own company! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
Hi there! HomePro has a 14-day return policy on most of their products, so yes you can return those shoes organizer. Just remember to bring the item's original packaging and most รmportantly the receipt with you and go to their customer service counter. Also, welcome to Thailand! Hope you have a great journey here!
So i actually ended up taking it back to Homepro, but sadly if the package is opened, it can't be returned they told me. If I opened the package more nicely, I would've been able to return it. Luckily I've found a goodd use for the organizer! Thank you!!!!! I'm really enjoying Thailand.
Maybe your hotel has a water filter machine that you can refill drinking water for just 1 Baht per liter. Lotus's has pretty much everything you need at a bit more affordable prices than Big C, in my opinion. Online shopping sites in Thailand like Lazzada or Shoppee are more affordable options than at malls. now.
Okay here is my advice, keep the same video format as this, you roaming about your day in Thailand, i enjoy it just as if i was watching my other fav @Zanetravel that does these types of videos, and funny enough he was under 6k suds when I first discovered his channel now its 90k........and your voice is just relaxing 😊
I'm not sure you mention the price of drinking water 142 baht for 1 pack? Actually, 142 baht is the price for 3 packs. So 1 pack is around 48 baht. You can see number 3 on yellow label. Sorry if I misunderstand and welcome to Thailand.😎
yes, other comment is correct, 48 is what you can find on-sale per 6-pack at bigC or lotus etc. but if/when you settle in one place for a longer term, you can order them delivered to your condo / room for 39 bahts per 6-pack (6.5 bahts per bottle) when you order 5 or more packs. i usually order 10 packs as it's a chore to lug around 2,3 packs every week. ;)
I stayed in Mecure sukumvit 24 like a 3 mins walk.. starion was prhom pong. Great location. Even took train to golden buddah was bts. So easy to get around.
Grab is not the only way to get to your hotel unless you are traveling with lots of luggage. If you are arriving at BKK go down to the basement and take the train.
@@GraphicHut Yeah I agree that that’s a good option since train is more affordable and you don’t have to deal with traffic but yes I had luggage and I think after a long day of travel it’s too exhausting. Train was 1 hour and 45 minutes to my hotel, but taxi is only 45ish minutes
U have the 2 big ones "grab and bolt "and 3 other smaller online taxi app companies driving in Bangkok and the automatic airport train on the bottom floor is another alternative . And fyi Bangkok is over 3 times bigger than new york in sheer size and have about 6 million more people than new york... so many can't grasp how big it is...Getting around takes time..until u learn the shortcuts and best ways to get around I prefer "win" (scootertaxi) for shorter like 10 minutes trips..they cost 15-25 baht, the scooter drivers in orange/red wests..there are near 5000 scooter taxi stations and around 90000 scootertaxis driving in bangkok so they are not hard to find. =) Living near a bts or mrt station is the most preferable.. Alittle Funny u say "kob kun kaa"(thank you) ..as a Female in Thailand .. Men says "kob kun Krap"..555
@@RaiWayOut haha good man.. "win" scooter taxis is perfect to get thru the chaotic bkk traffic fast and Very cheap. I use scootertaxi probably every day. and the scooter taxis have fixed rates according to distance u learn as u go,.. dont be afraid to say wrong words Thaipeople generally respect and likes the effort if u try to learn thai..and many will correct u and learn u more words and sentences that is useful u gonna see the "555"alot btw.. I Thai is number 5 called ha..so 555 is a lazy way to write hahaha =)
I will say I’m still a bit nervous that I’ll fall off the scooters but it’s a fun way to get around! And like you said, much faster! Thank you though! I’ll keep on learning! You’re the first person to correct my Thai. Most people have just smiled or laughed ahaha!
Nice Modern Baseball shirt! If you make your way to Hiroshima, there's a pretty good bagel place called Wildman Bagel that was just as good as NYC bagels
@@Tjlax03 whoa whoa, you know Modern Baseball?? That’s awesome! No one I’ve ever met recognized or knew the band ahahaha! I 100% will visit Hiroshima and try that bagel place. Thank you!
Those power cables are internet wires, nothing to be worried about. Also from the airport, wouldnt the train be faster, then the MRT, especially when the traffic is bad ? Koh Kret. The green lung. A couple things that are pretty local from where you are. All the malls are much of a muchness. Price wise and stock wise. Oh, one thing you will hear in Thailand a lot is "no have" That just means they don't like interacting with Westeners, and take the easy way out. Still keep looking. Enjoy.
The train takes almost 2 hours to Lad Phrao sadly. But it would be more affordable to take the train! It took maybe an hour by grab. But wow! I didn't hear that("no have") yet but thank you for your tips!!! Do you live in Thailand??
Grab or Bolt is fine, but if you're staying in the Sukhumvit area (as most foreigners do), the airport train is just as easy (and often faster considering traffic), and only a dollar or two.
I got train from airport to sky train then walked to my hotel. No need to get a grab. When I got cabs. Even the drivers were mad, at the traffic there. Lol sky train and bts peeps. Uber n grab in Phuket of course. Bangok no need
I took the train last time! How far was your hotel from your nearest station? I think i'll focus on accommodation closer to a major train line next time.
I like this type of video. So peaceful 😊 For the hair product, as a thai, i recommend Khaokho Talaypu. It's an organic brand with thai herbs. You should check it out anyway enjoy your stay in Thailand.
Did you get an Thai sim? or did you use WIFI or your own cell carrier? If buying a Thai Sim, go outside airport and go to a 7-11 and get one, bring passport.
Regular meter taxis from bangkok airport to downtown for around B300-400, it what i paid last time going by grab would not be cheaper and the Regular taxis are already at the airport.
@RaiWayOut at the airport they mostly ok for using the meter, but sometimes when I have to use don meaung airport they always just quote B500 and not use the meter and always tell you it's further and more traffic because you don't want to be delayed and miss your flight so you just pay.
@@Jst_n9 wow really?? Last time I arrived in May, I got the ticket and it was over 3x as much as grab. I ended up negotiating down a bit but still ended up being more that grab. 2 different drivers. They chose their own price. But also wanted me to pay tolls. I’m wondering if something changed in the last few months.
@@RaiWayOut the ticket in the queue is taxi meter + airport fees that is around 40-100 bath depending on the care you ask. That lead to similar or even cheaper than grab depending on the time you land
i was ordering grab before too but my girlfriend (she is thai) told me that grab drivers can't pick you up there that's why i tried the ticket. as for tolls you pay them with grab too
@@lmbarnes3 it takes 1 hour and 45 minutes of travel by metro. Taxi is only 50 minutes. Normally I wouldn’t mind the time but after a long long travel day it’s too much ahahaha

In my opinion, it has less to do with education and more to do with not being comfortable filming myself yet. When i'm presenting in a meeting, for example, i don't speak using "like" so often. 😂 I'm also an English teacher, so, no need to be rude Kevin. ahahaha But sincerely, I appreciate you watching.
AHAHAH! As soon as I read this I turned around to look at the door and had to laugh because YEAH it's a lot of hinges 😂 the door isn't even heavy. Too good
