Phed Mark is the restaurant of the famous Mark Wiens. It is located a 1 minute walk from Ekkamai Bus Terminal. I just needed to try a dish at Phed Mark. And, I wasn't disappointed. Perhaps just a little too spicy for me. But I still loved the experience!
I also spend a wonderful time at Som Tam Jay So. Everything I ate was delicious but my favorite were the Corn Fruit Salad & Pork Salad. They had so much flavor. The lady is truly a legend, who just has the ability to create the most amazing flavors.
After watching the video of Mark Wiens & Chris Parker of the above 2 places I just wanted to try the food of both these amazing places. And, I'm so happy I did!
