Hi, Vivek. The query is regarding a different route of AirAsia- India to Kuala Lumpur. Four queries with one side query: 1. I will carry two carry in bags. One bag, that is going in the overhead compartment, is 3 cm thicker in depth. Would that be an issue? 2. Another bag, which is going under the seat is dimensioned at 38*33*23. Will it fit? This probably is Airbus A320 model. 3. For a 7-day trip to KL, in September, minding the weather, how many sets of clothes will you recommend? 4. Lastly, how much of cash did you take with you for general purpose payment? Such as for foods, fare etc.? Again, thanks, Vivek. You probably will be bored and tired while replying. 😅
@@anirbanbanerjeeSTACK wow that’s a very detailed post! I’ll try my best to answer it: 1 and 2: to be honest as long as it’s under the required weight they don’t bug you I’ve managed to carry a 50L backpack and a fully loaded laptop bag with all my gear and stuff and they’ve not asked too many questions or ever made me pay. But a word of caution here would be to keep the bags a decent size and under the weight limit and even if it exceeds make sure it not by more than 1 kg or so. 3. That purely depends on how much you sweat. As KL is always hot and humid you will sweat thru at least 2 pairs a day if you travel like I do (using public transport) so you can also carry half the required load of clothes and get it launderer there for cheap (like 200-300 INR) but if you don’t sweat a lot or do cabs and stuff all the time then normal load of clothes is okay. 4 frankly I only too 100 ringgit from India which I used for the initial bus fare but for that too I used my card. So there no need to carry a big sum as cards are accepted everywhere very easily. And if you like pls watch the entire Malaysia series in the playlist, mostly all day to day things such as expenses, travel, cash and lots more id covered in it! Hope you have a good trip!
@@TravelingBanda, wish I could say more than a 'Thank you', Vivek. You took time and in fact, went overboard to assist. Could not ask to a better person, I guess. Take care, my friend.
@@KarunaHazrati-roadscribbles naa man. I just had one backpack and kept my day bag away from check in counter and then put it in my big bag before boarding
Bhai which trolly bag should we buy for cabin carry on baggage as we will be heading towards bali from phuket.. cabin baggage is 7kg no checkin what you recommond and we will buy cloths there not gonna carrry much.. what are you’re recommendations ?
I’ve mentioned in the video if the bag is less than 7kgs you can take it with no extra charge as carry on (provided it fits the size dimensions of overhead bin) so you can take any or both as long as they are under 7 kha as per your liking.
Dada going from ccu to dmk then from dmk to phuket and returning bck to ccu.. what would b the luggage cost ?? Mainly from ccu to dmk and dmk to ccu..( air asia )
It’s was absolutely ok. The staff was very disinterested in general. Id say find something better. It could have offered better value for money in my opinion.
