Ingredients: Make 20 meatballs
*Meatballs:
2 lb ground pork ( contain some fat )
2-3 Tbsp chopped shallot
3/4 cup chopped onion or 1 medium size onion
1-1/2 Tbsp corn starch
1-1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp fish sauce
*Tomato sauce:
3 lg tomatoes - seeds removed and chopped
2 Tbsp tomato paste
4 cloves of garlic chopped
2 scallions (white part) chopped
2 scallions (green part) chopped for garnish
2 tsp cornstarch mix with 2 tsp water set aside
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp olive oil

2 lbs thịt heo xay hơi có mỡ
4 củ hành tím băm nhỏ
1 củ hành tây băm nhỏ (gần 1 chén)
1-1/2 Mcanh bột củ năng
1-1/2 mcafe muối
1 Mcanh đường
1/2 mcafe tiêu
1 mcafe dầu mè
1 mcafe nước mắm ngon
Nguyên liệu cho nước cà:
3 trái cà chua lớn, bỏ hột, bằm nhỏ
4 tép tỏi bằm nhỏ
2 Mcanh cà chua hộp
2 cọng hành lá phần trắng thái nhỏ
Phần lá để sau cùng
2 Mcanh đường
1 mcafe muối
1 Mcanh dầu ăn
2 mcafe bột năng pha với 2 mcafe nước
1/2 chen nước lọc
