Banjo-Kazooie was released with the N64 itself. It came as a bundle deal when the N64 was released because they didn't want people buying a system and not having any games to play. So Banjo-Kazooie is a game that literally EVERYBODY had growing up.

I totally understand the feeling. Banjo and Kazooie came out on my 5th birthday, and I got it that day as a present. It was my first game I have a lot of memories with. I didn't 100% it or anything, but it was one of the first games I remember being able to beat on my own. It's a crime what Rare hasn't done with Banjo and Kazooie over the last 20 years.

@@michaelforgothispassword it's right around 1:07 when the super high pitched shrieking starts. The frame rate becomes noticeably choppy for a few seconds. Could also have to do with there suddenly being more fast paced action on the screen and more color changes, along with more audience movement to keep track of, but I like to think it's specifically the shrill cries of BAAANJOOOOOO that is bogging down the fps.

I wish Nintendo would buy the rights to Banjo Kazooie back. A remake of the two N64 games in the same way Crash and Spyro were remade would sell like crazy and make the fans really happy. (Also new Games for them. I bet the people who also did the two Donkey Kong Country games from the last few years would do a great job on that)

Came here from the Byleth trailer reaction, and well, Comparing, gonna be honest, I don't know either characters but seeing as how people reacted towards Banjo's inclusion, made me feel warm and actually, to a point of being almost teary eyed because of how the excitement and nostalgia these people felt. But for Byleth... It feels really... well, it didn't feel like a reveal at all as if there was only two to three people anticipating it.

Or better: watch the Byleth reaction and compare it to the Cuphead one.

Banjo, K rool, and Ridley were the most wanted fighters basically since the beginning. I think getting one character not everyone liked is fine considering everything else
