Make a complaint to council, keep copies, gather evidence, that's one route. Another, probably more effective is using Section 82 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, you can do a private prosecution at magistrates court, you only have to give the builders 3 days notice of the action, you can get up to £5k compo.
All local residents have been for years. The council ignores us. I have evidence of serious health and safety breaches. The HSE did nothing. The developers, council and government are in bed together

It isn't just happening there, I live on the West Coast of Canada (we have major space) and yet new housing is being build check to jowl. And joke is that all this new housing is being build on a planet where the total population numbers are declining almost everywhere.

Hi Susie. I cut the conifers down to put the fence up. A Trellis is going on top with pyracanthas growing over it. Nice and spiky. I must admit I have recently been thinking alot about how long ive got left. 25 years maybe, max!
