The velocity of the bullets are subsonic, which means that they travel slower than the speed of sound, which also means they drop off more over a given distance. Since the velocity of the bullets are subsonic, there is no crack(noise that the bullet makes when it breaks the sound barrier). The ASP-1 also has a built-in silencer, therefor it silences the report of the gun. That's why the people he was shooting at had no idea where Frankie was, the only thing that they could hear was the sound of the bullets hitting the ground.

I always get a little annoyed at the end of your videos. 30 minutes and it went by so fast. Another awesome video that I wish was longer. Not that I'm complaining about your length of videos. I mean nothing less than a compliment.
I was part of the bank heist many years ago. Always having been a big fan of Frankies videos. The guy with the green backpack and white overalls. I remember it like it was yesterday, it was on a weekdays evening, very late, but it was just so much fun playing with him. Though when he drove off, we all were screaming what happened, where did he go and it was just pure radio silence😂😂
my PC is a stock gateway.. no extra's in it and I can generally play fine.. but full servers will drag my fps very low.. but if you find a dedicated box server shouldn't be a issue
IDGAF That friankie uploads once every month. It is just SO fucking worth it i feel like christmas every time i watch a frankie's video they are so entairtainng and so good i dont even think about clicking away and go watch something else i just love you Frankie you are a Legend.
I think I found out frankies trick. He doesnt upload often but when he does his videos manage to get 500,000 views within a couple of days. Its a pretty good way to keep the viewers thirsty for more.
No, he has a full time job. (Lawyer) and it takes him a lot of organisation and time to get the gameplay in his video and edit it all together. That's why he uploads in bursts of 3/4 videos every few weeks.
This is probably very late (still not as late as some comments on frankies dayZ videos) but the ASP is NOT a sniper. it is a maximum 200m INFILTRATION weapon. It fires at subsonic speeds, and with the weight of the bullet, no way in hell is it going to go 1000m, unless you plan on using it as silent ARTILLERY.
No problem, I was curious to where it would fit in this video, eventhough I saw the short clip. Frankies video's are really nice so I wanted to see what led up to the point with the 50cal suppressed sniper
I come back to watch this every year (sometimes 2-4 times) to remind myself that Frankie will come back, 3 years and running. +Battleballs It has a muzzle velocity lower that the speed of sound, so there's no sonic "crack". Which is why it has low range. 0-200 meters effective range. Highly specialized for close quarter silent kills
+Battleballs The guys at Bohemia themselves said that it's not for long range sniping...not everything in the Marksman DLC is about marksmanship..they added several machine guns as well, and they're surely not marksman weapons. As SnowboredK said, it's for close range suppressed kills.
This gun has subsonic ammunition therefore it has a ton of bullet drop... If you are 50m from someone and you aim at their feet with it sighted in at 600m it will go clean over their head... So with them being at 200m your adjustments MUST be perfect.
