James, a successful entrepreneur rushes to his bank to deposit some money, but he is met with opposition from a bank teller named Morgan. She takes one look at James and decides that he is not who he says he is and that he must be a criminal. She refuses to serve him and threatens to call the cops. That is until the bank manager comes in and puts her in her place... no longer working for the bank.

LoL the same thing happened to me at a Wells Fargo Bank. I filled out a withdrawal for $2000. And the teller emptied the entire drawer on the counter and called the cops. They never apologized.

Sad, but this IS still happening. I went to a department store one Saturday to grab a few heigene supplies. I was dressed neat, well shaven, and of course pressed. As I'm getting my supplies, I noticed someone following me. So I took my time got my items. Then, I proceeded to the checkout, only to watch two guys point 👉 at me as I laughed at both of them thinking about how much I make per year 😅 🙃 opposed to what they make at that department store. As they stood outside the department store, I laughed as I drove pass them in my very expensive car . Lol 😅 🤣 😂 😂😂😂😂

You can't do too much until a person really steps in it. If you fire someone for suspecting something, now they can sue you. America is the suing capital of the world for a reason. I've retired to Central America, sadly I've run across several workers such as this lady. I moved my business from a local bank after running across a Karen such as this young lady. Not easy being Black anywhere.

I don't go through life expecting the worst of my fellow men; but this very life has taught me to not be surprised. The myth that slavery would not have occurred if blks hadn't sold each other is a sad misinterpreted mess that wish didn't exist. Blk men and women made their maids and servants family. There was no eternal stigma until wyts got involved. Things didn't get shyt filled until we allowed them in our ears and our beds. Not all are bad, but the good ones are letting the bad lead the narrative

True, but I think the manager needed to witness her bad behavior before actually firing her on account of at least in the US there are such things as litigation for wrongful termination. However, in this case she definitely needed to be fired but am thinking the bank's legal department said there needed to be a definite pattern of racism before termination - other cases unwitnessed could be argued as the customer's word against Morgan's - and there might have been a requirement to give her warnings and or place her on a PIP (performance improvement plan) before firing.

Happened to me. After finishing my shift at a factory assembly job, I had a dental appointment. As soon as I entered the reception area, the lady behind the counter, who was talking with an older gentleman, immediately stopped me, “we don’t serve welfare cases”. In 5.02 seconds I went 😳🤔😡🤬 . After correcting her perception, I also issued a complaint to my dentist, her boss. While I waited he went to reprimand her and then after my appointment she apologized.
