I appreciate we all like different things, styles etc but I am dismayed on your behalf that you have received, at the time of writing, only 25 likes, and one of those is mine just now! RU-vid seems to celebrate the banal and penalises the useful, interesting and thoughtful. OK, enough whinging. I liked the content, I thought the production value was exactly the right amount, the commentary/VO was calm, clear and readily accessible, and it provided me with clarity on something I find quite hard to do, reinvigorating me to keep trying.
