The town I grew up in is FULL of houses like this.

saunas and intercoms were both popular in upper end 1970s and 80s homes. Both ended up being used a little until the novelty wore off.

Yeah, unfortunately, you're probably right. There are ALOT of BAD PEOPLE who would like nothing more than to TRASH AND STEAL from a place like this. It's in fairly decent condition to be sitting there for as long as it has. Thanks for taking us along with you.

Very cool video. The 70's was not a good year for decor in many respects IMO. My late husband and I bought a model home in 1982 that was built in 1979. The builder was done building so the model homes went up for sale. The decor was actually quite tasteful in the one we bought but some of the other models decor, not so much. I have those same intercoms. The doors and trim are the same as mine. Got those mirrored closet doors still. Great video. Thanks.
