I played it for some friends and this one guy just dismissed it immediately- said he'd heard it years ago from a guy he know longer likes. Personally, I think it may sound SIMILAR to what he may have heard, but I don't think it was them. Oh well, he's a trifle... judgmental :) At least his girlfriend puts up with him :)

Would love to see you react to more Arctic Monkeys songs. You said you enjoyed the continuous flow of words and I'd love to see you react to more, since many of their songs are like that. Teddy Picker, Fluorescent Adolescent, and Leave Before The Lights Come On comes to mind. Many of their songs seem story-driven, so I hope you enjoy that. As always, love your stuff! Keep at it!

yes i like that too. :) Have you heard of the struts? particularly "could have been me"? The video is nothing great just a band singing. But as a lot of people have mentioned singer has a serious freddie Mercury vibe going on, very Queen rock like sound. Maybe listen to that on your own. I mention because i grew up liking Queen and Mercury. I could be the Nearly, NearlySeniorCitizen. LOL :)
