Another house eviction expected to take place in less than 7 days on the 8th day of May, 2024 in Harlow, Essex. Approximately 1 year ago, the enforcement officers came to the home of Gemma and her four daughters.
The enforcement officers threatened to force entry to their home when the police arrived. What the bailiffs did not expect to happen on this day last year, was the police to eventually inform them that they was not turning out for this civil matter, and the bailiffs then left.
Almost one year later, and in less than 7 days, it is now expected that the enforcement officers along with locksmith and possibly even extra security personnel, including the police, may all attend on the 8th day of May 2024 in order to evict Gemma and her four daughters from their home.
It is also expected that Essex police will be on standby at the beck and call of the enforcement officers who should only observe for breaches of the peace!

Is this lady passing the debt to the wrong company or has the debt been paid off but the bank has sold it anyway so she's got to pay again? I know there's a lot of nefarious goings on but I'm still not totally sure how? I understand the mortgage has been sold to a third party but is that the remaining debt? I've got to be babies on this.

They do sell the paperwork so the bank gets its money back for the loan that was created by the signature of the person who needed it for a mortgage so they cannot supply the wet ink copy of the original signed document because they know longer have it that is a fact. @@freemanbynature During the pandemic, I was. I didn't go along with the vax mandate, and therefore had no way of travelling to the UK. I've kinda lost faith with the UK over the past few years, tbh. The week after we shut down here in France (2020), after me saying categorically, we couldn't do that in the UK???? and we did!!!!!!!

If you knew anything about mortgages, then you'll know in the T's and C's it says the bank is holding Power of Attorney in the deal. That's the deal with the customer and the bank, well they aren't holding Power of Attorney for themselves, are they? If they were, why the customer need to sign it over to the bank in the T's and C's? Go read Sections 4 and 5 of the Power of Attorney Act 1971.

I worked as a bailif/ enforcement agent. If you waste enough time and kick off. They want to move on and have a list of to go through with targets. I did it for 6 months due to unemployment, I was the nice guy and moved on if somebody vulnerable and if a big company with oversight then yeah will collect. 70% of Baillifs are failures in life and have insecure syndrome with a pinch of jealousy. They make a fortune for the companies and are on low pay and commision. However get a kick out of the power.

Who claims the property as theirs ? And who owns the land the title deed ? Because banks can not own land And where’s the original debt note t( not a copy or a electronic copy, and it’s not been redacted at all so you can see the chain of custardy and where it’s been . ) the true original debt note because that’s the moving instrument that must be there to verify the debt it true . And you will pay off the debt .

Someone else pointed this out. Do you know exactly what are the implications of this fact? I tried to do a search to find out why, but didn't get anywhere. By the way, interestingly, QR codes on council tax paperwork appear to be the only ones that do not have a Japanese origin. Interestingly energy companies (mostly fraudulent) appear to have a lot of Japanese directors and secretaries that get appointed and resign at a rapid rate. I think when Gary Waterman's scam is fully uncovered, it is going to be mind-blowing.

Not notifying about the court hearing or the chance to defend is a breach of the rule of Law which is constitutional. When they sell the debt instruments the investors insure the investment, which is why the bank wont help people struggling until they are 3 months behind on payments, which is when the investors insurance kicks in! The debt instrument they sold belongs to you. If they don't have it they owe you the value of it.

Did you understand his explanation of how modern mortgage is " double dipping " ???? Example ..you buy a car . And an intetest in the car is then sold again to others . ... then later come and ask for the car even when seller got paid twice or more for it .

MORT - GAGE - Say's it all doesn't it.. I don't have a house anymore, I sold it and invested it, its not for everyone by any stretch, and am I better off now yes, but in 5 yrs that could change as I don't own the building or the land under it... BUT on paper and in the bank I'm really poor, job done. I am now unseen as to speak. God Bless everyone going through this because of hardship..

to defend yourself in most UK laws the amount of force to stop an attack must be reasonable and proportionate, however with burglars it changes slightly, the amount of force used just cannot be Grossly disproportionate, all bailiffs acting outside the law and police officers acting outside the scope of their constable duties should remember this when breaking into houses to remove goods, if it's unlawful then it's burglary, eventually they're going to run into that person who doesn't give a damn and knows their rights.

If she has not ‘repaid’ he mortgage for 90 days, then the bank will have been paid in full from the insurance policy they take out the minute a mortgage is set up so in reality they is no longer any ‘debt’

your info on the bond taking up by investors appears to be a type of option like the london traded options market L.T.O.M. and like the derivatives of all types of financial instruments .its massively under collateralised.but as it does appear a derivative of the true mortgage then the bank lender would still hold the deed .once repossessed the bank would attempt to settle the bond holders executing their securitised gambling note.that seems clear to me.

I do find these videos interesting, however you claim to be an independent journalist. If that is the case why do you never give the full picture? Why are they attempting to evict? Is it unpaid mortgage? If so how much arrears have been run up? It is relelvant to the whole picture. And for me I certainly feel it should be included in the video. Simpy not paying your mortgage you deserve to be evicted, but if there is genuine reasons behind it then quite possibly people like me may well be more sympathetic

@@BANAMAN Ok so here it is, the questions you have asked are all valid questions but and here is the million dollar one, if the person had not fallen into arrears then this would not have happened therefore your questions would not need answering. I would have thought as a so called Journo, by your own admission, you are a freelance journalist, why you would not want to give the whole story, I can only think of 2 reasons, 1 that you have not bothered to find out the whole story or 2 the person stopped paying the mortgage hence the arrears, and you feel by telling that narrative people will not be sympathetic towards this lady. As I have already said, the way these videos come across is that is more of this we dont need to pay bills nonsense, where you just wont harvest enough support. Sure people will watch the videos and say ohh well done but none will actually practice this. Now if this lady for example, her husband was struck down with an illness suddenly and she had to stop work to look after him, then he passes away and she is in a mountain of debt, then I and many others would fully support her. Not telling the story makes people assume, and that is both very daangerous and not really good journalism.

Yes High Court Enforcement Officers have sharper teeth than County Court Bailiffs. They are COMMANDED by the highest court in the land to enforce the writ. To remove the trespassers. The police are obliged to help them as this writ makes it a criminal matter. If Gemma had taken the correct advice at the outset, she wouldn't have been in this situation today, I feel sorry for the children, non of this has anything to do with them, but they will be made to suffer the upheaval of moving, praps changing schools.

You say pay the mortgage...I watched one on here the women owned her house outright and they took control of her house because of a 200 pound council tax bill,,luckily some locals with the knowledge new the court warrants they use are false tricking people to get their property ....also one day this shit could happen to you one day if you fall on hard times....

When you have problems paying, take advice from the debt charities or Citizens Advice. Listening to tap room lawyers is not a best practice. If you've not been paying ur mortgage, it may not be ur house anymore. If the mortgage lender has repossessed the house, it is their house, not Gemmas. The debt never goes away, it only increases. Correct advice at the outset eliminates all this hoo har. They may be back, or someone will be back, the debt will never go away, it can only increase.

Gary Waterman has just exposed Citizens Advice, together with major law firms and many others as being totally corrupt. He has put all 650 UK MPs on notice (three times at least) without receiving a single response from any of them. See his videos. What you refer to as tap room lawyers might be the best you are ever going to get.
