Summary of the banlist: multiple body shots to agents (“look how they massacred my boy” godfather would say) and slightly tickle to rokkets (they’re going to still use two lev and replace the rapid trigger with necro fusion)
Did we need to hit Bad Reaction? Probably not. Is it a good idea to hit it anyway? Probably. I’ve never seen Bad Reaction played in a deck that’s fun to play against
Rokket playing Heatwave is actually a big brain move to compensate how pitiful its turn 1 actually is and focus its resources more on breaking boards. Rapid Trigger to limit-3 is _less_ than nothing. It's kind of indirect admission that they didn't want Glue-Eyes to take collateral damage by limiting Melody back to 3. Now we prepare for Sherry cup next cuz her newest Skill is apparently an unmitigated bonkers.
Little did they know that when they nerfed Roland for the Agents builds that ran it that they were gonna be hitting my United Classes Battlin’ Boxer deck. lol Justice was served though, screw The Agents deck!
I hate agent much as the next guy but I think they hit it little to hard. Hearld green wasn't a problem, or Roland. They just needed to stop the floodgates. They shouldn't let handtraps be searchable in borrloads and if going have overpowering skills then at very least make them only be able to be used once instead of each turn. Soooo sick of dueling battle chronicle decks. If they hit teir 3 decks then they should have hit BE more. Melody to 3 would have slapped BE and Borrload on hand and made meta more balanced. But really nothing matters there Konami just going repeat same bs. Can already see tht with the most recent skill release.
@@mekklord revolution des fleurs has been out 1 day and there’s 10+ decks that have KOG’d or spicy streaked and they’re all different depending on what flavour they want. IE, Orcust, zombie, both together
Man they really did buff tachyon again and they will no longer need to bounce a card to the hand to search the trap. Also they may see play cause they can get dragluon on the field if the meta stays very dragon heavy
@@mekklord The reason Melody isn't hit with a 3 is because Melody is in the Blue Eyes starter deck, which has Floodgate (which is at 3 already). I imagine they didn't want to kneecap the Blue-Eyes Dimension variant of the deck either
Good list but I would have liked a little more to blue eyes, because i'm sick of seeing it. My phantom knight traptrix lost a rank up spell but oh well it happens.
Its because of idp that they eefed up the skill, so the lv6 fabled wasnt able to yoink from the opponents gy. All they needed to do was make so the deck could special summon via the effects of fabled cards, but whatever.
Rapidly trigger unlimited to 3 all hail knights of Hanoi roland got done dirty that card just got here and fairy dragon got turn to dust in rush thunder thunder should have gotten nuke 😂
I don't understand to limit Negate Attack, while back then, Widespread Ruin didn't got a limit even if Dynamax Monsters weren't a thing in that time, also Negate Attack might be strong but I think there are enough f2p options for backrow removel especially after the structure deck release of blue eyes.
;) I agree that Negate Attack is better, but why didn't got Wide Spread limited, after a month or so when it got released, because back then it was massively oppressive and the f2p backrow removels weren't there, from the level ups and with limited removel like Ghost Cyclone and Hammer Crush it was harder to counter WSR than today.
agents got murdered, worst hits to a deck i've seen since karakuri years ago. skill not giving you sanctuary anymore when all of those cards are useless without it by itself would probably have killed that deck but they did so much more. skill should always have just been to put sanctuary on the field and none of the other shenanigans imo
TRUE!! i love it when skills remove unnecessary bricks from your deck by putting them on the field for you, early Duel Links was full of decks that used this to their advantage (Dinos, WATER decks, Toons, etc)
