6 years later, and I don't get tired listening to this MASTERPIECE.

My girlfriend battled depression for several years... I helped her to get better step by step. She loved me so much and was the best person of the world. She didn't have support from her family... and they were constantly trying to criticise her decisions. She had everything... work, house, boyfriend, friends, hobbies... but she couldn't put limits to those voices that were destroying her. I lost her few days ago... She gifted me with a photo with this song. She was everything to me and today this song is for her. I love you Marta. Jon

im not here because of a movie. or a show. or tiktok. im here because this song makes me feel something no song ever has. i wanna be somebody to someone, i wanna be someones first choice. someone’s best friend. someone’s girlfriend. i wanna be important to someone. i want to change someones life. but i dont have any of that. this song is so sad because it makes me realize i am truly alone in this world, and nobody will ever love me as much as i love them.

This song is such a bittersweet song. Part of me cries from sadness and heartbreak. But the other part is crying from Hope and inspiration. This song while it does have such sad lyrics it truly does have such a hopeful and beautiful music and feelings. Even if you don’t make a HUGE impact on the world on a whole you can still be someone to one person. You can still impact one person’s life. It’s such a beautiful and amazing song. It makes me cry almost every time!
