Fui buscar à internet e deduzi que não se pode pois o limite de velocidade de uma moto 4 é 40km/h. Mas mesmo assim ainda não me sinto 100% esclarecido Nas auto-estradas e respectivos acessos, quando devidamente sinalizados, é proibido o trânsito de peões, animais, veículos de tracção animal, velocípedes, ciclomotores, motociclos e triciclos de cilindrada não superior a 50 cm3, quadriciclos, veículos agrícolas, comboios turísticos, bem como de veículos ou conjuntos de veículos insusceptíveis de atingir em patamar velocidade superior a 60 km/h ou aos quais tenha sido fixada velocidade máxima igual ou inferior àquele valor.

Well it's a big list but i can try. You will need bigger a-arms and axle, lower front and rear suspensions, different size transmission for longer shifts, this is the base. For more power it's another list, bigger carbs, v force 4, bigger cylinders
