Steamed buns (包子) with a variety of fillings from Qiao Mei on kuaishou (ID Q136367714). Some include leek and eggs (韭菜鸡蛋), pork, cabbage, spring onion. Often paired with hot pepper soup (胡辣汤) or congee (粥) and also pickled vegetables (泡菜), but I cut out the crunchy parts with the 泡菜. Qiao Mei also often eats bao zi with unleavened thinner peels but this video just compiles the fluffier larger sized versions.
