its a shame they arent making them in green. it would surely sell like crazy for the LARPing aspect.

Are the Baofeng models with GPS available in the UK. The UV-17 PRO GPS, and the UV-18 PRO MAX are hard to find across the pond. I hope that you have the opportunity to test one of these models.

Hand held use of a radio over 5 W would exceed the RF exposure limits in the US. 10W radios should be used with a mobile antenna attached to a vehicle.

When the PLA invades Australia, at least we'll know what comms they are using 😅

The difference between 5w and 10w is only 3db so not worth it.
