Glad to see that people still remembered this gem of an Anime, I remembered watching Zatch Bell every night on Toonami and it hits different watching it during the summer.
Sums it up perfectly. And this summer I look back to those days ten years back fondly, remembering how me and me friends talked about the episodes in school after vacation
Leonardo Bianucci if you’d ever been interested in a reboot of zatch bell please check out this petition so we can bring zatch bell back chng.it/WYqQxG8p2q
Scary thing is this it not even fully awaken we see a fully awoken baou could easily break the seal by itself then proceed to tear chunk out faudo and once Zach get Zeon power from him Baou bigger then Faudo
The way that "Baou Zakeruga" is shouted with ALL of his feelings really sold it for me. In English dub as a kid, and even now in Japanese as an adult. Chills, without fail.
Nick hey there I’m gathering all the zatch bell fans I can from Instagram Facebook RU-vid etc. I’d you’d like to see a reboot please check out this petition chng.it/WYqQxG8p2q
Kira I mean if they’re finishing bleach I’d love to see this have a proper ending like it did in the Manga. I never would’ve thought Kanchome would’ve been in final 10.
ITS A DRAGON MADE OF LIGHTENING!!! This is literally what I scream everytime I see Baou Zakeruga...I feel it is one of the most powerful attacks of anime time. So underrated...
Acamellegas ! I don't get how we compare a popular anime to a extremely less popular anime and think both moves are powerful and underrated but okay. 😂😂
Acamellegas ! by the end of the manga gash develops a spell so huge that it can destroy the moon with its hand and the spell is also kinda like a sealing jutsu plus it might not cost any heart energy to use gash would destroy naruto and sasuke by the end I recommend reading the manga its good
He did not destroy the moon but he dose the the power to do so and it more durable than gash given that he was launched threw the moon and survived atmospheric re entry and woke up 3 days after with his power being used against him so he was in base for when it happened.
You been living in a rock or some shit ? Animes always had top tier voice acting full of emotion along with the fitting music before the Zatch Bell anime even existed.
@@skinnyweenie8679 "You been living under a rock or some shit" was a bit rude don't you think? Maybe I'm just too sensitive but the guy just wanted to let people know how the anime made him feel and I liked this anime too so it feels like a personal attack 😅
I can't believe this popped up in my recommended after only just remembering about it randomly yesterday. Either way I'm very pleased to see it. One of the first animes i had ever watched and Kiyo being the first ever fictional crush lol
This is the episode that always have me crying a bit by the end. Well, this one, the one with Danny, and the one when Kid is sent back, at least. And, for some reason, whenever Kiyomaro says "Baou Zakeruga" I get goosebumps.
Took me forever to find this fragment of a clouded childhood memory. Had to check every show in toonami history because "anime where people made children fight" wasn't working
This is pure nostalgia holy cow. I forgot this existed for a hot minute! I remember, crying as a kid to this exact scene, bro it’s still actually making me tear up a little.
This is one of the few moments i think the anime is better then the manga,The raw emotion of this scene just goes so freaking hard with the line delivery. And the animation just pushes it that much further
This ep is cold, that song came in at the right moment, and fades out. Then, the music comes back without the instruments. It feels like the song's words carry no weight because of the tragedy.
like holy hell.....so many memories unlocked. spent so long trying to find this show for some dumb song thats been stuck in my head since i was in middle school. now, a day after my 29th birthday, i found it.
Love Yopo po and Danny boy. One of my favorite characters that became with Zatch. Really made me feel sad that they had to return back to the Mamodo world.. I would love it if they rebooted this series just like how they did with HunterXHunter 2011 and slap a 2020 for Zatch Bell 2020. And that they kept Yopopo and Danny for the ancient mamodo arc.
This series had a way of making you cry a lot. This episode, Kalulu and her violent other self, the backstory of why Sheri was after Zofis (that was really hard to watch for me, that girl was such a sweetheart and that monster turned her into something she wasn't), Danny boy, etc. even Kiyomaru's and Megumi's character studies were rather deep. It is a fascinating look into how people can change by having a person enter their lives, seemingly by chance, and what it does for them in not just the long run but the short run as well. It is a gem of a series and people seem to judge a book by its cover, that's what I did. I was not happy that it took the place of Yu Yu Hakusho and as a result I didn't watch it at first then I saw a couple episodes and grew to really enjoy it. It is a shame it didn't finish because it was really good, even if it was edited a lot it still got its message through.
