Bar Pot to Gaping Gill Caving Trip 

Thanks so much for making videos such as this. I’m fascinated by underground cave networks but I’m very claustrophobic and this video is a way for me to enjoy vicariously something that I’d never be able to do myself. I also have poor eyesight relative to most other people which would also be a show stopper so thank you for allowing people such as myself experience these marvels of our beautiful countryside.

Thank you so much for this. I did the Bar Pot descent and came out of Gaping Gill via the winch in 1960. I don't have any photographs so seeing this was a real treat.

Wow great video!!!!!! Very well done and edited!! I love the first person view of rappelling and ascending. It was interesting to see the different gear you use compared to what most people use here. And that is a beautiful cave! I love the big room with the waterfall. Someday I'll get over there to do some caving lol. I look forward to the next video!!

Are you actually a grass snake covered in grease, you made the first pitch look spaceous and easy😊. Went down Bar pot recently. Obviously had cncc rigging guide, their description and survey+compass, but watched your video first to glean some extra info. Thank you!!

How hard is the accent on that first pitch ? As bad a we all hear ?
