Most people know about "Freeing the Caged Bird" here on RU-vid. Well, this performance is simply a testament to Barbara's work in the area of technique.Though, this is not just about technique! It's so important for people to understand that this kind of playing stems from a unrelenting desire to understand how we function the best at a highly coordinated task, no matter what that might be; connecting the two leads us to a better understanding of ourselves and the music we play.
