Well, Barbara is the best servant of Barbatos, even she thinks Venti as nothing more than an a drunkard bard with great skills (such as befriend Dvalin).

Okay, I will explain why this ship will end up being screwed. 1. Since Venti is an archon and Barbara is a mortal/human, most likely Barbara will end up dying eventually and Venti is gonna be alone again. 2. When she says "My heart only belongs to Lord Barbatos!" is her being loyal to him, not actual lovey-dovey. 3. When you become a nun, your heart is now only dedicated to your savior, not anyone else so that means no relationships at all. No hate for this ship, but it would most likely not end up happening in the canon lore :/
I don't get you. No ships in genshin whatsoever are ever gonna be canon. I don't think me or anyone else is shipping Barbara and Venti because we expect it to happen. We just like to think how cute it would be and imagine it being true. If someone thinks a ship can only be shipped as long as it's canon then they're weird or just don't understand ships.

well, reminder that traveler is 500+ so basically 60% of genshin ships are ilegal (btw aparently Fischl is 14 HAHAHA...)
