It shows just how good their knowledge and experience is that, despite being powerlifters, they can put out a really solid bodybuilding program. I've been running their templates for a while now, and I have yet to be disappointed. I also find it interesting how they do divide between bodybuilding and hypertrophy. I think that is a....nuanced...difference that tends to go underappreciated in programming.

@@Msreesaranyan The bodybuilding one has a three block structure that is different from hypertrophy, and the bodybuilding template has way more focus on isolation and machine work than the hypertrophy one.

Im a BBM fan boy admittedly, so I am biased, but I love their approach to programming. I have run their hypertrophy, strength and powerbuilding over the past couple of years. For me at 51 yrs old, auto regulation is absolutely key. RPE has made all the difference and allows me to enjoy training again rather than grind out set percentages or worse, max efforts. Keep up the great work my friend, great review!

I'd be curious to see what would happen between two people running this program and their highest level hypertrophy program alongside each other and see what their gains might be in comparison to one another.

Brad Schoenfeld's Scientific Principles of Hypertrophy is a great source. Renaissance Periodization's Scientific Principles of Hypertrophy is also a great source. Renaissance Periodization's youtube channel is also a great place to learn a lot from, along with Elitefts, Joe Bennett (The Hypertrophy Coach), and Bill Campbell on Instagram.

The problem with this templates are that you never know if are going to fit with you, so if not you lose money, at this point I ask, wath template should be the best for a person who's been training for a year 57kg now 72kg with 183cm ...?

Has anyone done this or looked at it and have insight on the volume? I got a peek at the first block and it only had 9 sets per week for chest for example. It seems somewhat low volume on the big lifts. I know its supposed to increase in volume but by how much?

Volume does increase in the second and third block. The number of sets doesn't increase a ton, it's more reps that increases, but the overall volume is good per muscle group per week, so nothing to worry about. You can always add in an extra set for a particular exercise if you feel you need it.
