yoooooo !!! 💪💪💪 Great choice on the Masters. those are my weopon of choice all day !! the liners are those classics. obviously great choice with the Tomb45. My only suggestion is the blades, check out Shapu Blades. they're dope and SHARP. can't wait to see your progress as your cuts come along !! 💪💈✂🔥💯🎥
@addicted2fresh: replace your alcohol with Clubman pinaud aftershave (the yellow liquid). It disinfectant but also has that "fresh from the barbershop" smell. Your clients will appreciate it. I put mine in a spray bottle.
add detachable blades into the line up will most definitely take you to the next level. I'm 1 yr and 3 months on my Barber journey. it isn't easy but when you put that work in you it will most definitely will pay off. It'd no cap on how good you can be
Good luck on your endeavor and barber school . I hope to start this year as well . I have the same case and pretty much the same clippers and a detachable I bought to start school. Don't lose your passion and believe in yourself.
Good luck to you in your new career as a barber!!! I've been cutting hair all my life and last year I finally opened my own barber shop!!! It's a great profession and I wish you all the luck in the world!!!👍
Oh and one bit of advice... Get yourself some detachable blade clippers as well!!! They are expensive, but really save time when knocking down bulk!!! Oater 76 or 110's are what I recommend, but whatever you do get yourself a pair!!! You won't be sorry you did!!! Good luck!!!:)
T-outliners for 25? Share some links lol Lord willing I can attend barber school one day. Before I really liked the barber scene I never noticed but now I look at everyones hair cuts lol ✂️ Jesus loves you have a blessed day and know that if God is for you who can be against you ???
Steven Soto I'm always looking at people's hair- especially now. And trust me if you want it bad enough you'll get there! Check your local community college if cost is an issue. Good luck to you!!
Check with your state labor board! Many of them have apprentice programs which replace school! I'm doing mine in Virginia now. You find a shop willing to let you work there for 3000 hours and register and you get a temporary barber's license. they can either pay you hourly, or let you keep the money from your cuts ! At the end, you take the tests and get your license! Excellent alternative to expensive schools!
Nice kit!! I definitely need to get me some of those knuckle brushes tho! The only thing missing in your kit is the shears but other than that and there's videos that say if you cut your t outliners they stay cooler longer.. never stop learning and stay up!
So I literally decided yesterday I wanted to start cutting hair. this is the first video I've watched to starting a kit, but i definitely wanna do this! thanks for the motivation and i hope u get to shine out the come up! subscribed and added u on snap!
I'm going into baber school next year after I graduate college, cant wait. I'm def going to keep up with your videos and see your journey! keep grinding
I'm waiting to see one of your cuts, I really want you to put that kid Kevin at the babers table to shame. You always so humble and real. You got a nice set up by the way.
I'm new to your channel and im about to go check out all your latest uploads. looking forward to being part of your Barber journey, I'll be watching.. good luck!
Great video I'm so glad you got your stuff. Hey, don't keep your water bottle in with your clippers, I'd hate for them to get wet. That's a great kit :)
I keep a lot with all my tools. And I put all my products in a backpack. I've found that just a case isn't enough for everything I need to perform a service.
You definitely need a pro-mate blade for your outliners and consider modifying them. Your also missing some andis or wahl shavers and I suggest you get another set of clippers because it helps learn different fading techniques. I recommend fast feeds so you can use the same guards
I think u should get the Wahl magic cordless clip! They’re AMAZING! they charge super fast, they’re good for blending and they’re very comfortable to hold! The masters are great too! The reason why I wouldnt recommended is because they’re heavy af, heat up pretty fast cuz the housing is all metal... but they’re the sharpest out there so as long as u know what u doin, u should b straight
Hey I been cutting hair for about 17 years and i am still learning in the process. I have looked and looked for a descent pair of trimmers and Masters so I would appreciate if you could upload a link. By the way your start up kit is valid. Good luck in your journey to recieving you licenses.
Try the wahl magic cordless and the Andis cordless lithium ion it's handy on the go, also get a twist sponge, and grab a wahl detailer or hero those are great for taking the skin to zero without pulling the clients hair
You should try to get a detachable clipper! I found a Oster 76 and Model 10 for $60/each (need to have a backup). Ron Legend (ronsclassiccuts) often sells them for $65 (he has other clippers to. This is how i built up my tools before going to school. Looked at people's recommendations like JPThaBarber, Chris Bosio and Vick The Barber too. Then hooked up with a friend who ran a sharpening/repair biz. That' where I got most of my clippers from. Don't be afraid to write to him on Instagram to see what inventory he has. Check out this deal he posted for a Oster Classic 76 with four (4) blades instagram.com/p/BHLBeJfh-1z/?taken-by=keep_it_sharp
Thank you for that info! I have a friends who has the Supra Zr and the Oster 76. I love the feel of the ZR in my hand over the Osters so I may make the investment and get the ZR. It's expensive but it just feels so right lol. I will be checking out the link you have provided as well. Thanks again!
Dorco blades are cheaper at the beauty supply store behind the counter $1 for the cartridge... The little brushes, i didn't find exactly those... but i was in Tallahassee or in dothan on a little trip and i found these really mini, soft wave brushes with the little handle and all, they where like $2.50 each i got a few and i had to grab some gorilla snot mainly because they sold it in a little tiny same style squeeze bottle i guess that beauty supply store was about the mini things... I got most of my things from the beauty supply store cheap everything, i got my straight edge from the flea market, trimmers from Marshall's and family dollar and clippers from walmart and family dollar... I usually take care of 20 people each Sunday without a problem the only thing i really want to get that i will almost consider luxury is a wahl peanut... Mainly cause the lady that gave me my first haircut still rocks the same trimmer.
You should get the Wahl magic cordless clipper... they're lightweight and you can just move without getting Tangled Up... I love using fade Masters.. I've been cutting hair for a year and when I first started out people used to tell me all different kind of things get this get that but I learn to just get what is comfortable to you..
I’ve had so many clippers since this video lol. I do have cordless designers which work really well for me. Just about the same clipper just a different blade.
id say get a balding clipper and a specialized handle held tool with all the screws so youll be able to get into your clippers and fix minor problem you ever come across. other then that your all good. also disposable gloves..
Jess Vizza u can go to the store n buy it or buy it online. I called the store closes to my location first n gave them the I.d number n asked if they had any on hand. m.harborfreight.com/18-in-x-6-in-x-13-in-black-aluminum-case-69318.html
