This song also appeared in Pump it Up Premiere 3, the original song is "Lay It Down" by "Fresno", this one looks like an instrumental version, the original one has lyrics, really an amazing song

no it sounds more like Future Funk... Retrowave is a sub-genre of Synthwave (Outrun) difference is one is sample heavy and funky, the other is synth heavy and sounds futuristic, but like 80s futuristic if that makes sense
