Hello from Czech republic, country where it all happened. You have covered it very nicelly. As you have said, it was a cult lead by Jan Škrla, but it seems that all of this investigation has just hit the tip of the iceberg. There were some policemen involved in this cult, doctors, child care institution officials, even high ranking people form Ministry of Justice (namely Anna Šabatová, at that time Ombudsman in Czech republic, which is something like independent human rights appeal office). Noone from the sect wanted to say anything, and documentation was either missing or "mysteriously disappearing", and simply said there were some influential people behind in the shadows who did not want this to be investigated, and the cult members did not speak. Very few to build a court case on. If I remember correctly, even one of the investigators committed suicide. Oh, and regarding current state of Barbora Škrlová, who was supposed to be some sort of medium or embodiment of some higher power, her schizofrenia and multiple personality got very bad lately and she supposedly completelly lost any contact with reality.

True. This is woman is no saint. Her story is sloppy it's repulsive 🤢. Her husband maybe realized how creepy she actually is and ran for his life. But also should've fought for the kids at least 💔💔💔

@@whatspp-tc3gw we never know what actually happened so we have no choice but to believe what was the official statement. if she knew about the plan all along, then that's fucked up. but if she was manipulated then she wasn't controlling herself and did what she was told to. manipulating someone is an art, an art that holds on you till the end.

No matter how submissive a person is they can't do sh!t like this without being evil . Especially when that person is a MOTHER that was "caring and loving" to her kids. She lied........oh for sure she lied just to escape her punishment and be seen as a saint cuz imagine allowing your own kids to go through SA, cannibalism and taking part in it . And she wasn't manipulated that skilfully suited to making a person go 180 (😇 --->👹) like this takes years of manipulation often from childhood. Court gives maximum punishment to those people who did the crime. Thats why Katrina and Claira got the most punishment. Barbora was just manipulating them. Still I feel 5 years is less and also its a mystery why Joseph and other two members present in the cottage were not punished.

It wasn’t just the doctor but the head of the Christian church cult saying claira must follow what the doctor is saying because her boys have evil spirit in them. But the head of the cult was in fact disguised as a doctor. For her it seemed the right thing both religiously and in a medical perspective ig… definitely sounds dumb why she would listen to such a creepy doctor, but I think it’s more to do with her faith also backing the doctor up. Hello from Czech republic. The case was in fact even much wider. There was either some religious cult, or child pornography circle, or combination of both. Even some policemen, doctors and officers from child care institutions were involved. Documentation was disappearing, nobody spoke at court, one of the main investigators commited suicide... It was such a terrible mess and noone from this circle of people really spoke, which you would guess at cult members. Court really did not have much evidence to work with.
