Looks like quite a physical workout to hammer out the notes. Do your hands get bruised by playing such a demanding instrument? The overtones create a mysterious and other worldly ambiance. I find it an enjoyable challenge to put aside my expectations about what is typically considered "in tune" and hear the music from its own frame of reference. You can't create the same kind of unusual experience with standard overtones. Thank for sharing this haunting and magical sounding music. 👍

Sounds out of tune. Someone should make a video explaining why that is 🤔

My colleague, and predecessor here at UChicago, recently did exactly that! Check it out: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-msnn4eh1QrU.htmlsi=T7822sJpXDRoRBQc
