Real madrid defeated Barcelona 3-2 at the Santiago Bernabeu, Christensen scored the opening goal for Barcelona, Vinicius equalised from a controversial penalty, Fermin Lopez makes it 1-2 for Barca, but Madrid showed why they are Madrid and scored back to back 2 goals and won the tie. Lucas Vazquez and Jude Bellingham scored the goals for Madrid.

As a madrid fan, let me say how barca could have played: 1. Lamine ko ball kyu nhi dete. Camavinga was struggling. Long ball daal dete, shoulder drop kar dete gundogan, de jong. Kroos waise bhi defend nhi kar pata acche se. 2. Cancelo is not a full back. He is just sergio roberto with speed. Mid field pe khila sakte the rwb. Atleast pace ka use hota. Vasquez can't defend good, he needs fede for this. 3. Lewandowski bhai drop kyu nhi karta, kya izzat chala jayega drop karne se 4. Cubarsi ka tackle granted h, baccha h galti ho gya. Lucas made the best out of the situation. Zee bhai pe mujhe pure madrid mentality diktha h, not to blame the ref, other team but apne galti ko dekhna. We have been through this during 2020 season. As a Madrid fan I felt that the difference between the two teams was their directness in the attacking third. The intent behind every Madrid attack is to put the ball behind the net. Madrid are very direct in their passes and play long balls to switch wings and stuff. Barca on the other hand was very slow in their buildup and couldn’t really push through that Madrid defence and rather kept on passing the ball to retain possession. The only player who was willing to take on defenders was probably Lamine Yamal.

The main difference between the two teams is mentality. Barcelona always talk about refereeing decisions and what went against them, but they don’t talk about what they did afterwards. How they concede those goals and not converting the chances. Real was 1-0 down and then 2-1 down, and from there they won the game with sheer desperation and confidence. Barcelona always give excuses of not being getting favour from the referee, not having good players, not having financial resources but they have good players in all the positions.

It doesn’t matter what people say, at the end of the day everyone remembers who won the title. Nobody talks about the decisions went against PSG during the 6-1 remontada now. Nobody will remember the goal line technology mishaps or red card decision against Ajauro against PSG in a few years. The season and performance are always defined by the stats and titles. If Barca focus on improving their performance instead of being a crybaby over refereeing decisions, may be there is a hope for them to be relevant once again. Mark my words, Barca is dealing far better now that what is coming next. Xavi and his squad did a decent job to keep Barcelona alive in domestic and international competitions but after his departure, a huge collapse is inevitable

There is a lot of thing's need to learn bercelona players like how to defend, when need to tackle and how to keep the lead. In last game player have no intensity also players have no interest to win this game. The last two games were lost due to player mistake. Xavi was tactically right both games. This season players give up all titles. At this moment Barca need a coach who has experience in UCL, who are mentally strong in pressure situation and who can built player mentality.

Fellow barca fans, do not complaint about refereeing for this match, yes that yamal goal was surely a goal any person with mere common sense would know, same with that Vazquez penalty, but the way we were playing, even if it'd have been 3-3, madrid would've won 4-3, we were no threat at all in this match
